I have booked a flat with Triveni Infrastructure Development Co. Ltd.in 2006. I have paid more than 8 lac rupees till date but the builder has not constructed the flats. I tried to get a refund of my money, but the builder refused saying they have no money. It's been 4 years and I need your help to get my miney back. I have heard and read about the bulder being fraud....
