Hi Friends
Are you buying/bought any flat with TRR Promoters, Ram Nagar- Madipakkam? Well, you have to think twice before you proceeding further. They will ask Or urge you for payment till you settle the entire amount. But they will not finish their work and never handover the flat to the customer even after possession. Keep on saying something like “Yes I’ll do” and never the work will be completed.

Hi,
TRR Promoters have built an ground floor apartment in plot no. 3035, 7th main Road, Ramnagar South, Madipakkam with out an approval from CMDA. Builder has failed to provide proper car parking to the residents. There are many works pending for past 8 months ie., even after the residents have moved in all the common works are still in pending. We have already raised a compliant to CMDA regarding this regulation violation but there is...
