I bought joyroom AirPods 8 months ago from trybhi.com, now one earbud is not working perfectly i want to claim warranty but it has only 6 moths warranty please help me....

I have placed an order on trybhi after 2 months nothing received no refund received....

The have collected money and did not updated the product order....

Never make any orders from this fraud company. They will collect the money and won't sent you anything.
And when we call the customer care the guys response was Why did you order from us you have to wait he said. He even said go complaint in the E commerce department. 100% fake company. After many phone calls and shouting for a long time they sent me my mony which was very small amount I don't know abt the bigger payments....

It is a fraud company. It never sends the ordered item. I kept pursuing the matter for 6 months but it did not send the product or refund the amount.

Their wtsapp no will respond to any if your query till it recieves payment

And also share shipping details before recieving payment

As soon as he receives payment he will stop responding or tell u i[censored] in hurry can process refund and then not reply at all...

I have ordered 2 earphone from this website after after 1 day i realized that its cheaper so i should increase quantity to i canceled my order and ordered 4 earphones.
But even after 10 days no refund of canceled order and still did't received my new ordered earphones. And no reply on chat no response on call.
Totally fake website don't even try to purchase from it its totally waste of money....

Orderd a mobile tripod stand in june 2020 from trybhi.com online with pre payment done. Still dint recieved my order nor they are replying to any of my message or any refund yet.
Its seem to be fraud making money falsely. Should be booked for cyber fraud, but stiil they are operating their website...

Trybhi site is fraud. I paid 3200/- to buy bluetooth earphones and they shared all fake information that my package is ready. Even shared me pics of my package. When i called multiple times, i was promised refund which also turned out to be false. Never ever buy anything from trybhi....

I have a product on trybhi.com on march 31 which is named joyroom jr-t03 tws wireless bluetooth headset earpods original joyroom product. I have not received any reasonable reply this number for company +91-[protected] from the company since this company has already received cashback from me. And are being treated unfairly by the company, who have said you complain that nothing will spoil us. Please help me get back my money
