I recently joined a part time job to fill 425 forms in 5days. I completed the work but they failed me in the QC report. Now they're asking me to pay 5800+18%Gst. And I also got a message that a case has been registered and I've to report on 7th of July at 11.35am in Indore. I'm scared because I shared my address my driving licence as a id proof for them and also signed their agreement. What should I do? Please help me.

18th june2019 Type job offer me typing job in which 800 form has to be filled within 7days for this they also make a fake online contract, i accept the assignment, but I couldn't finish within 7days and then they Syed to hrashing me requiring a ammount of6000rs as panelty, after some days a message on my phone from a lawyer, inform me that registered a case in Surat high court, as you disobey term& condition of agreement made by types job, and you also not submitted the penelty, as company wear a heavy Los, now you higher your lawyer and met in court .
I got scared I feel that I voilat the agreement then I decided to pay money to type job so that I get out of this asap for which I talk to that lawyer on this mentioned phone no +91 [protected] he suggested me to pay RS 6000 and then I pay money through internet banking instantly, then now I come to know it's all fake and now I feel embrace, now I request to u please help me to get my money back from that frauds

Please help me they send me this today this has come to our notice that you did not submit the work with desired accuracy even after bounded with the contract terms. As per the contract you have agreed upon certain terms such as, to complete 800 forms with 90% accuracy within the stipulated time of 7 days but you are failed to do so and which is why we have incurred losses. We provided you the work at no cost for the quality work from your end however, you have let us down.

Now, as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the legal agreement you are supposed to pay the penalty of rs[protected] portal charges+ 2000 rs penalty amount) as soon as possible to the below mentioned account. We have to transfer this amount to our end client for not submitting their project with accuracy and on given period of time otherwise it will lead to legal consequences.

If you failed to do so then the company may take legal actions against you. Hi everyone this is tanpreet kaur. I am on a job break due to a baby. I opted for an option for part time job. I got a call from this company type jobs.
They took my basic details and provided me a login id link and asked me click on it and sign digitally and accept the terms and conditions digitally, the contract was not visible. They said they will send the details after a while. When i said l don't agree with the details. They said you will have to work for a week and i disagreed. They threatened that you will see in a week. Its a company from gujarat. The contract says that i will have to work for week and fill 8000 form with 90% accuracy for which they pay rs 35 per from depending upon the employer.

First i get a sms on my mobile number and i call them and in the assage they mention there is no registraion fee no deposit after that i contact them and they generate my id and password and also the mail me a stamp paper with a lots of conditions and take digital signature they also take driving licence picture after that one mail also comed and in the mail my user id and password and you can work with us as mention but i have google it and research about them i see that this company is fraud and thug the peoples so that is why i want to complaint them plzzzz help me what should i do

Aisa mail kiya hai becoz i am not completed their work. And i also paid their 6000rs amount but they said legal proceeding chalu ho gai hai to ap lawyer hire kro.

I am facing financialy crisis from few day so i was just serching for online data job i got a online job from type jobs.in on quickr jobs as we all know quickr job is a certified website so i just applied for this job employee of the company talked very well to mei was indeed so i trusted him he told me the job process he told me the job process then he insist me for online signature and told me that it is a part of job and he has given me aroind 800 pages and said me to finish it till 7days he ask me for any gov. Id card so i gave him a picture of my adhar card so i syarted a work with my friends we were doing this work with so much of dedication one of my friend goggled about this work and he foun a very vast scam so we got shocked and called that guy he was started doing misbehave and said you have to pay 6000inr as penelty so we read all the fomplain about this company then we got to know we got scammed also he sent me fake screenshot of fake payment i have all the evidence and we are filling this fomplain right know like other

I applied on quicker.com for data entry part time job
After that i get call from typejobs.in
They told me complete 800pages work
Which i will 35rs per page
And they took digital sign of mine of a fake affidavit.
I searched about this company on google i found that they target people and gives a infinite task which can't be complete in 7 days then if person can't complete the work on time they call their clients and harrase them demanding money
Otherwise they say that they will file an case on client.
I request you to take serious action on them

I got a call on 14th july 2:16pm saying that there was a company called type jobs giving part time job of form filling which was work from home based. So they said they would be giving 800 forms to fill in 1 week span, but due to some health issues i was not able to complete my work. Now they are sending messages and emails stating that i have a penalty of 6000 to be given to type jobs for the loss i have done to them. Firstly it was an amount of 4000 stated in the agreement paper and now they are saying 6000. I even called them and asked about there office address but they continuously changed the address. Now they have lodged a case in tis hazari court telling me to attend and i dnt even know how a surat based company lodged a complaint in delhi court, and even after searching about the lawyer in the tis hazari court panel i was not able to find him. I am totally helpless and don't know what to do as i am a student and doesn't know much about all legal stuffs and also i don't have such a huge amount to give to them. Please help...

I have enquire for home based work after 10 min they are called me and regarding registration asked id proof after 10 min i got a mail of agreement regarding work, i tell him to cancel agreement, the company demands to me a cancelation chrgs 6000/-and if you not pay amount then they are call complaint against you. Please solve my problem.

Sir, i received a call from type jobs company on 21/06/2019 and they asked me to do a part time (Home based) job of filling form. I am in search of job so i agreed there proposal. They asked me to send soft copy of aadhar card with the digital signature. After few minutes they sent me user id and password and told that you have to complete 800 forms within 7 days. I completed the work in 8 days, taking one day extension by paying 500rs penalty. I tried my best to maintain the accuracy, i rechecked maximum forms and submitted the work. After 3-4 days when i checked the status it was reflecting that your qc check fails. After that period i received many calls, messages, and mails. I read many complaints regarding the same company on this website so i was ignoring all that messages, but today they send me the hearing date, reporting time, and room number of surat court.
Sir i am sure that this company is fake but now i am little tensed. So i request you to resolve my query and suggest me for the same.

I was looking for some typing jobs as a time pass and then I posted my request on QUikr jobs and after that, the typing job named company contacted me regarding the job and said there will be no registration fee. I accepted their offer and then the asked me to give any valid id proof and sign an online form. I did as they told, but due to some personal reasons, I contacted them again on the same day saying I will not be able to achieve their task, for which they asked to pay rs. 6000 or else they will send a legal notice and meet them in the court. Now, that i have completed the assignment they said the you failed to achieve accuracy and pay the penalty of 3999/-. They have also obtained my digital signature and aadhar card. Now i have got the message that your case has been registered in tis hazari court.

Can anyone help me to get rid of them??
Is it a real threat or fake, don't know even the company is real or fake. As i saw on internet there is no particular website of them and nothing positive about them. Only negative reviews and complaints are there.
Please tell me a solution for this.

I was given a called by quikr to opt for part time job. Thwy forced me that it will require inly 2 3 hrs to complete it i came across all these complaints regarding this fraudster..
Do take action against them as they are threatening people by their fake documents in the name of legal proceedings.
They are just looting poor people in the name of fraud work.

Hi, last week i had applied for part time type job in "atype jobs" company but after looking at their reviews and complaints on them in consumer forum., i came to know that this is a fraud company which forces the people to complete the work within a week.

Fake typing jobs are contacting us. And if you agree for even a point then also they will say that you have signed the agreement and now you have to pay rs 4000 as penalty, the company is type jobs, surat, gujrat, which is not even registered. Don't panic about the agreement because in any agreement both parties need to have their identity, since we all know their entity is not registered or fake, so their agreement doesn't make any sense. Now if anyone have given rupees to them then please give me the proof and their account details, i will bring the all money from their stomach. They are doing it so rapidly because we don't want to go to police. Okay don't go, but you can provide the proofs.

I got call from this company that they are providing freelancer job, so i yes i am interested to do.
They said they will give me some form filing job.
They asked to fill 800pages of forms within 7days, than i got call from them that if i will not complete work within given time i have to pay penalty of rs.4000, so on same day i send them email that i am not interested to do work with you, even i not started work with them but still they are asking me for penalty of rs.4000. I dont want to continue this process. Kindly help me i am really worried as i am a college student i cant pay this much money to any scammer. And what if they send any documents at homes address. Tell me what to do... Please...
