They provide a fake job and in return they threatened about case

Uske bad hamari koi bat nhi hui 8 june 2020 ko ye hme pressurise kar rahe h ki hm work start kare varna hame penalty bharni pdegi.. Or ye hame financially and mentally torture kar rahe h..

Typing task.com a company established in surat district of gujrat, as so they say and have mentioned. I got a call from a person named minakshi who promised me that there are no portal charges and then asked me to do 700 forms in a week for which i would get 24, 500 rs, i did the same but when my qc report was submitted i got to know that the forms i have been doing correct are showing incorrect with absurd mistakes, which i assume is intentionally done as after 1 day we cannot even edit our forms. Now after the completion of the project they said that 90% accuracy rate has not been obtained without providing any stats or scores. Now, i just recieved a call fromt heir so calle legal team which i do not even know is legal team or not. They have asked me to pay a compensation of 6000rs and have threatened me to pay if not, then they will take action against in the surat court for which i recieved a message stating, "m/s. Shruti mehta your legal case id ul/92841e is going for legal proceedings. Kindly hire a lawyer and go for further process. We at typing task are going with legal proceedings under section 73, 74, 75 in the indian contract act, 1872. Due to violating the contract call for more details +91 [protected]" and again i got a second message or a threat you can say that says"as discussed your case id has been registered in surat session courts. You will be updated about the case through message and notice." i got an email regarding the same with threats of ruining my cibil and what not. This company is mentally torturing not just me but many.

I have a complained against; m/s. Typing task, gujarat; (A part time online job providing group).

I show my interest in above part time job providing group to see high salary package. They had given me 700 forms which i have to complete in 7 days. I started my work on 18 may 2020, at that day they did not shared with me any agreement and without my permission they used my digital signature for their so called agreement which was not disclosed with me at the time i joined. I completed 570 out of 700 forms upto 21st may midnight and i have to submit the project on 25 may 2020 around 1:38 pm so i decided to check my filled on 22nd may but before that the company locked the starting 200 forms and made changes in the forms which i filled and they do the things in such a manner that i will not be able to complete my target of 90% accuracy that's why they made changes in 70 forms so i raised the complaint with the person why these forms are locked then he told me mam as per policy within 48 hours that forms are locked. But before starting the work he didn't inform me like that so i started writing mail to the company within the deadline of the project but they didn't listen and reply me back that target is not achieved so i have to pay 7000 to them as the portal usage and maintenance charges. I shared the screenshot of the fraud to the company as well and now they are sending me mail for legal notice and said that they had file a case against me in session court surat. And shared with me case no. Ul/68217e today morning.
Sir /mam pls help me in this matter.

I have not complete the work and i do not have any contract with them they are forcing for pay a compensation 10000 RS ... They are saying that your aadhar card is worthless take a noc by paying compensation of 10000 . The crucial part of that a legal firm fake or real i dont know continuous messaging us for legal proceedings and make a threatening call ... Main allahabad (Praygraj) uttar pradesh ka rahne wala hu.
Mere pas kuch din pahle ek call aaya unohne mujhe part time job offer kia lockdown ki wajah se mene ha krdi. Fr unhone mujhse mera adhar card manga aur mujhse digitally signature krwa lia.
Fr unohne mujhe user id pasword dia aur 700 form fill krne ke liye dia jo mujhe 7 days me complete krna tha. Mene kam complete krke de dia. Uske baad unhone mujhse kaha ap 90% accuracy ni kr paye jisse company ko bahot nuksan hua. Jiske liye apko company ko as a penalty 6000 dena pdega.
Fr next day msg aaya apke khilab surat season court me case ragistered ho chuka hai. Case number - ul/82512e hai.
Aur apke ghar notice dispatch kardia gya hai.
Apko surat season court me 25.5.2020 ko pahuchna hai.

After filling some forms out of 700 I searched in google about data entry I noticed some youtube videos and articles about fraud and stopped doing the work and thought it is waste of time after 8 days i got a message from
