I paid 1000rs for delivery for my racing setup but nothing is sent and no one picks up the call

Order #54647 was placed on May 8, 2023 and was currently Partial Paid. No email was generated, no OTP was generated and when called the contact number- does not connect. The website which is collecting money :

uncasing.shop is a FRAUD website and there should be a stop on this site to collect partial payments

I ordered for Luxury Chair from this website by paying advance amount of Rs1000 through google pay. Now trying reach on the provided number in website..., it is not connecting at all. Wrote an email but it got undelivered.
So no Idea what to do now.

Fraud website and no receipt or SMS of confirmation is received after payment

Please return my money

Tried mailing them the email address is false can't sent through
Tried calling the number is also bogus.

Thesite is a scam.

Kindly take down the site and refund the money.
I am goingtotake a legal action against the company and going after their bank.

Hello! I had ordered few pots from the website but I haven’t received it yet neither any confirmation. The contact no and email also not able to contact. There has been enough complaints I think the government should bring down the webiste

I have ordered few plants from this site online but they havenot delivered it yet even after 15 days. No one can be contacted nor anyone contacted me

Payment has been debited but no response from the e-commerce site about my order

No tracking ID provided
Their website contact us page does not get delivered
Their customer support number does not work
Their support email address does not get delivered

I placed the order on 22-Apr-23 and i feel they have scammed me as well

I need a full refund & this site to be shut down so that other people don't get fooled.

I had made an order and paid the amount, their customer service email does not get delivered, there is no confirmation or tracking number, the given support number does not work & also the contact us page on their website does not get delivered. This seems like a scam website, how do we get our money back? Pls file a case against them.

I ordered 3kinds of plant sets today (ie 26/4/2023 . I didn't receive any message from them. I've placed my number wrong so tried to contact them found that's it's a fake website that's very shameful and unfair i wanna take action please help.

I have ordered some plants from this website worth ₹1300 on 12th April 2023. It has still not delivered to me and I m extremely upset that it happened with me. Such illegal and fake businesses need to be shut down by the government and strict actions must be taken by the government of India.

On there website they have mentioned their postal address and phone no. Kindly check it out.
