The unfiedloans (On behalf of tata capitals) customer support person named sanjana and vimal promised to return my application processing fee of amount 9000 rupees (Appx) after completion of my tata capital loan application.
They made a commitment over email about refunding the processing fee, but no response though i have already shared my bank details. I have been following up and there is no response so far.
