I purchased the AMC (Annual Maintenance Charges) for my water purifier on 16th July 2023.

My RO was not work properly so I raised a complaint and tures our the motor was damaged and needed replacement. Initially upon calling them they denied that I don't have AMC with them as I had lost my bill but upto checking my payments made I provided them with proof and later they agreed on the AMC purchased on 16th July 2023.

Then their team visited and refused to change the motor unless I review their AMC before the due date plus all the other AMC cover everything and the company said that they only cover service and membrane change which was not informed earlier.

Also, the Google reviews they have suggested the same thing that they are worst. I wasted my Rs 3500 on them and I want that to be refunded back with the compensation.

Ao smith customer care number gave us there number and they are fake provider

They are claiming for Authorized service center of Kent but feels that their claim is fake.
They damaged my RO.

I took an comprehensive AMC service from unique ro service for my water purifier of installed in my house. This included regular check up and all parts and change of filters twice. This amc was taken n 08.08.2020 Now from last 4 month neither they are providing the service nor replying to our any calls. On earlier services they have putted spurious/duplicate parts. Now this vendor has been denying and it has not done service as per the promise and agreement. This is a fake service provider and have been looting innocent people without providing proper service. They trap people and once amc is taken they hardly care.

The company has some how acquired my number and calls at least once daily enquiring if I would require RO Servicing for the past one year. I had previously dealt with the problem by not picking up any unknown number calls, however, such solution is not working out in the long run.

I took an amc service from unique ro service for my water purifier of whirphool installed in my house and paid 5200 for the complete year. This included regular check up and change of filters and membrane. This amc was taken n 07.07.2019 when this company came in for regular check up and suggested for amc. Now after amc was taken only once was purifier serviced and that too i had to call them for the service. There...
