Today I received three booklets in registered post office, after paid rs.2457 only they the parcel

After saw the parcel only I understand I never ordered that parcel, from United book co without i order, they send me the parcel . kindly take action against them...

Dear sir/ma'am,

I have recently received 3 booklet from "united book co." - 6511, fatehpuri, masjid, new delhi - 110006.

He charged for these three books [protected]@2340/- but we didn't place any order. There is no proper address and any contact number.

How can we refund this amount and get back, these useless book.

Please guide and register complain against this fraud firm.
