Hi i was not aware for the fraud company i have applied a part time job in quikr through them i got this company they have me work to complete 1500 forms i have completed and submitted on 30sep2019. On 1-oct-2019 one lady called said my accuracy is 85% if i pay rs 7000 i will help to change your result as 90% you will receive salary by tonight. I said i don't have so much of money she said cancel your job paying 4500. Now that agent is saying we will file a legal case against me. Can you please help me in this problem? Before they charge any legal case against me

I registered my details with quickr online jobs and this so called company associates did contact me over phone and they made the registration agreement with in an hour after telephonic conversation and email etc. They made me sign in an agreement like software which was sent to me over mail. Once i cane to know about their fraud activities i made an enquiry and send a mail to them that i am not ready for work anymore. They did call me today morning and started threatening me. And they told that they will issue a legal notice to me. There many such fraud activities happening behind decent company names. I personally wish the authorities should take legal action against all such companies and make necessary steps so that no ine else is trapped in such fraud company.

I started my work on 19 th september and they rang me demanding money on 1 st october. They use different mail ids and mobile numbers. Few of them have been mentioned below.

I got a call from the women few days back she said she is from unix enterprise. She offered me a job of online form filling work with a government legal agreement. She gave a i'd password 1st i login that later she calls me and again give me some other i'd to work i completed my work when it's become to submit time my i'd is invalid i don't know what to do i came to know that these people are a scammers as soon as i call my agent no she blocked my number at the same time when i tried contacting them and according to the agreement i have to pay rs 4500 as a penalty if i didn't do the work in 10 days. After 10 days i am getting constant emails calls and texts from adv pranav gupta saying under sections 420 of the indian penal code you need to clear the dues of the company and settle your dues, otherwise court behold the right to take strict action against you. Call on [protected] for further assistance. 1st day message from legal department and after 2 days, this is to inform you that your internal case[protected] has been listed on 27/09/2019 for legal proceedings. I don't know what to do. Please help.
Asking me for the money-a fraud company please help me

Hello sir/mam
My name is t raghavendra i am student. I searched for online jobs for my pocket money issues and put ads in email. On 10 september 2019 i recieved a call from a unknown number (Protected) her name was neha patel she asked me to do home based simple typing job, i said yes then she said you have to do 1500 forms filling work in 10 days she offered me to submit id proof through her mail (Protected) i gave my id details then she signed an agreement from me, there were mentioned 4500 penalty charges if i failed to do the work in given time. On 11september 2019 they send me id & password for online work which should be completed by 21september 2019 i have completed my work by 21september i have checked my forms twice with my friends and i had some doubts regarding my work i sent so may mails to the helpline mail id of the company also call them but there was no response from their side. I had submitted my work on 21september 2019. Then they generate a qc report failed which showed that your 201 forms are wrong out of 1500 which was impossible and then a advocate has called me his name was priyank agarwal, on 25 september 2019 he forced me to pay 4500+3000 penalty charges before 2 pm to clear out or close your agreement. 25 september 2019 a call came from advocate aditya priyank agarwal for forced me to pay the charges for the company, he said you have to paid. I said cancel this then he again forcing me to pay 10, 000 to close the case and agreement. I asked him about his occupation for verification then he start yelling at me. And replied me "see you in the court".

It was all well-planned fraud.

Now he is forcing me to pay another 10, 000.

Am totally stressed.

Please take a strict action against these type of frauds.
Please help me. I am totally helpless.

I belongs to poor family thus i start job with unix enterprise they gave me work and after submission they asked your work is wrong
You have to submite 4500/- rupee as they write in agreement and i paid that ammount after that they send me noc. Now there advocate calls me and said we r puuting case on i[censored] dont want case then gave money of 31981/-.

I m not working for this or any company i said them no still they are blackmailing me to give money and first she says to submit 400-500 but then she said give 5000 .i argue with them i m not working for you why i should pay you they say we have agreement of yours we are casing again me of 420 i have all recodings when my dad talk legally they are cutting call again and again after 1 day they again call and asking they call to verify how much money you have given i am complaining here because i get to know about consumer complaint

He offered me a job of online form filling work with a digital agreement and said i could take legal actions if i feel the company is not genuine and gained my trust. Later i came to know that these people are a scammers as they all blocked my number at the same time when i tried contacting them and according to the agreement i have to pay rs 4500 as a penalty if i didn't do the work in 10 days. As soon as i learned this i stopped the work. After 10 days i am getting constant emails calls and texts from adv anil gupta, adv rajiv gupta and adv mane saying a case has been filed by my name in aurangabad civil court and demanding a ransom amount of rs 4500+3000. These people are true #. I don't know what to do. Please help.

Sir/madam unix enterprise is asking money.. And harashing.. Its a total fraud company.. They have done 100rs bond (Fake). They have have given 1500 forms.. I have completd 1479 pages but if we ask extra 3hrs they are saying to 9500 to pay.. So please help.. And i'm a student... From where i should pay money? Please help.. Please do asap.. Aj inbox mey msg karke bola ki hard copy send kar rahey hay jo 72 hrs mey adrs mey ajeyga mere pas.. Kl sey mere papa ka tabiyat bigad gaya hay meri mummy tension mey bp high ho gaya hay. Mere family mey is letter ko lekey itney jada prblm create ho gaya hay ki mey ky batau?? Koi mujhey pls help kijiye.. Issey kaise nikle koi bol saktey hay pls... They are complete fraud. I asked them to give me a copy of the agreement and receiving copy from court but he started to quarrel and use slang language and started threatening me. They are telling me they will case a file now when i ask them for any proof that they have submitted the documents in the court. I think they don't have any proof. I have uploaded the screenshot. Please help me.

On 3rd september 2019 i was contacted by a woman named mahi khan, who asked me if i was interested in doing form filling job. I accepted the call as i had applied for jobs in quicker and other job searching apps.
She told me to give my adhaar card, for indentity purpose. Soon she sent me an email containing a link to download an app in which i has to sign by writing on the screen of my phone.

Later i received a call confiriming to have an internet connection, laptop and i said yes.

I started the work of filing 1500 forms in 10 days. I started my work and reached 1164 page no. The page after that was already filled and i clicked on the submit button and again the next page came in filled i kept on clicking the same submit button and till 1194the page came in filled. I tried to call the helpline numbers given in the email they have sent but it was unreachable... I then tried toh contact the woman mahi khan who had called me an offered the job, she too was unreachable.

I the realised tha this was all a drama. I diligently completed forms till 1500 on the final day of submission i started getting calls from different numbers claiming that they were the helpline and suggested some pretty stupid solutions to my greivance which came in of no use.
After arguing with every no. Calling me i said i will not work for them.
Then i started getting messages and calls and emails from the fraud advocate associate who was trying toh get money from me. I have now decided toh ignore them and if it takes any further i will not hesitate toh file complaint in the police station.

After that he again called me and said "aapko abhi ek verification call aayega jisme aapse pucha jayega ki aapke pass laptop, android phone or internet connection hai ya ni... Aapko koi bhi cross question ni krna hai or sirf yes me answer karna hai."
Unfortunately i did that.
After that they sent me an email at around 4 pm on the same day.in which my login id and password was a written.
I logged in at 4 pm and there it was total 1500 form are there
On sept 13 (Today) i logged in again and there were forms to fill. I did their work and filled about 1050 forms till date.
In the evening i googled their company and found your site and read the complaints provided by other peoples. And they are using same stamp paper in various campany like web-tech, navya jobs and now unix enterprise

They will make a fraud agreemet. I'll show mone where its between him n me but on top stamp there's mention of tvs and also the form number which is uk5115 can be seen in many fraud cases. Then they eill do their games. Just block all their stupid ohone numbers and yeah they will let you work in websites that loads suoer slow in 4g. Time wasted and then they will start to call n bug you for money any how, just tell them you dont care and block them and after few months they'll stop trying!
