This company appointed me to work under them on some data entry work which i found out to be a fraud one. So i simply submitted their given task and ignored the predicted scheme that i knew they would be pulling. Now they sent me a letter on that matter with a lawyer named nisar ahmed a shaikh and i am in my parent’s house. I was employed by them in around september i think. I do not have the client’s number since i deleted and blocked them. They asked me to pay them in case i failed the task. I have deleted my whatsapp in that order. They did sent me a photoshopped agreement by the way. A help would be very helpful since they have begun disrupting my home affairs. Thanking you.

In the month of september 2019 i registered for form filling job in unix enterprise company in online one lady made me a agreement and after few days she switch off the mobile and later one fine morning she sent a message and by evening she sent a work user id and login through mail her mail id is [protected]@gmail.com her mobile no is [protected]
She gave me id & password and she said login that id i'm login that id and later she gave me another id & password & she said this is your user id and password and start the work so im doing my work after 10days im completed my work and submit. After 3 days legal department mail me to pay money for argeement and im replay that im already submit my work later day by day different mobile numbers different persons call me and blackmail me to pay huge amount after a year yesterday they sent me a letter to my home address a sole arbitrator today some one call me a advocate rahul desai mobie no is [protected] tensed me to pay 7000 for cancellation of aggrement he rudly talk and threatening me to file a case & legal action please help me to solve this solution plz im so tensed im attached all what they sent

For my college expense and money. I registered for form filling job in Unix enterprise company. They made agreement and i started working. Then due to medical reasons i couldn't complete the work(i have the medical certificate and proof). Then after that their legal teams started calling me and blackmailing me to pay the penalty amount of 7500. They called me many times. After that they sent me a legal notice via email. Then they sent me a letter from office of sole arbitrator via courier service after many months. They are saying that they are going to move legally if i am not paying 7500. I dont know what to do. I dont know if they are fake. Please recommend some solution.

I was not knowing about these fraud company which name is unix enterprise which they told me to complete 1500 pages in 10 days or pay 4500rs so i done 4 days but hten i got a know these is fraud company as it was having some unique id and and password which was of different country but then i researched on these i got to know that these is fraud company so quite doing that job but now they are harassing me by calling and saying give 5200 money otherwise pay in the court 1 lakh or 1.5lakh please help me

As uk 5115 unix enterprise is a fraud company they are doing with others also. They have called me and said you have get the job of form filling and they have said another call will come after 5 minutes there you have to only say yes without any questioning to the caller then you will get this job. After that they a given me a link of software download where they have to told to do the signature as casually. After that they are sending me the"agreement and in that it was written that if i fail to do the job, i have to pay a penalty of 4500"which they have not told firstly about it. After they had sent the agreement i have seen it. They are doing the fraud work. Then i again call to the same number and when i asked that you have not said it before about the penalty they are saying the agreement have been made. Forcefully they are saying me to do the work. But, i said i will not do the work because u are doing the fraud without knowing you have made the agrement about the penalty which i didnt knew before. So directly i have said i will not do the work you cancel the agreement. After few months an unknown has called and then messaged me and said i am advocate you have to pay a penalty of 105000 in court aapka hardcopy register hua hai court mei. Is this a joke. After that they are mailing me and said you have to pay 65500 in court. Advoacte chamber number has not given in the gmail. When i have seen in google they are making fraud with others also by the same stamp number uk5115. They are calling me again and again. Pls take strict action against the company.

I'm an engineering student. So as to manage fees i took tht job.. They told me to complete 1500 sheets and they told about the agreement of 4500. I started to work but the net was slow were i couldn't complete it. Later they are not ready to listen to my problem they r telling to come to court.. They are thearting.. Very badly.
So please take my complain and tell me a solution to this. Please let me know weather it is a true or false company.

I am a student. I was seeking for job. Then i found a writing forms task job by unix enterprise. But on the first day of my job, i told the company that i had fever. So i asked them that i want to leave the job. After some day, i received a notice that i have to pay 4500 rupees. Then they said to pay 9000 rupees. I was called by lawyer to pay or they will file a case against me. So, i had managed to collect money but i didn't tell my family about it. I took help from my friends and paid 9000 rupees to company. Now, they asked for 22000 rupees..
Please help me, i can't pay such huge amount.
I believe that you will definitely be there to get me out from this problem.

I am 19 years, a student. I had applied for form filling job in unix enterprise. They had made an agreement to complete 1500 forms in 10 days. But on first day i felt ill. So i asked company not to do work for them. After that they fined me 4500 rupees. They said they will file a case. Lastly, i was told to pay 9000 rupees to them. Unfortunately, i had paid them 9000 rupees. Now they called i have to pay 22000 rupees. I knew how i managed to pay 9000 rupees as i'm a student. It's impossible for me to pay such huge amount. I am in so depression. Please help me

Please help me I'm in great trouble as the unix Enterprise ia forcing me to pay the amount of rs7500 for not doing there work as i have read that these company is fraud now im student and i don't have that much money to give the phone call [protected] which i got on 1 September and they asked for online home working jobs i thought i will earn some money but then they asked for signed and photo which i gave and i forget to ask them then they send me an agreement which says that you have to work 90% accuracy otherwise you have to pay 4500rs and also if you don't do work on time then too you have to pay 4500rs but i read about these company and there were many more complaints for that company i then didn't done there work but now they are saying me to pay 4500 +3000rs as for closing my file in the court otherwise they will file a complaint about me that you have broken our contract and this will be legally going to police and court please help me and advocate name is written only surname as mane

Hello sir, unix enterprise company se Maine data entry ka work liya tha, work complete hone k baad Maine submit Kar diya, ab company ne mere no. Kisi dusri company ko de diye hai, dusri company wale daily call aur msg karte hai aur 10, 000/- ki demand Kar rhe hai. Unhone Mail I'd par ek notice send Kiya hai aur bole ki ye notice Ghar aayega. Call karke bol rhe hai ki ya to 10, 000/- Amount transfer karo nhi to hum aapke against case file Kar denge. Plzz sir help me. I'm very tensed.

I received a call from unix enterprise for the work of form filling. They also made an agreement with me but i read about there fraud and i'm not willing to work. They have my photos & aadhar card will you please suggest what should i do now, thay are calling me and demanding for ₹12000. They are saying that they will file a case against me and take a legal action. They will send a notice to my home. I wasn't aware of their fraud when i agreed for their job

Sir,
On september 21 (Today) i was looking for a part time job online. I applied for this job and on the same day they called me.
They offered me to fill 1500 forms in 10 days and offered rs 20 for each form and said at the end they will pay me rs 25, 500 and will charge rs 4500
As a registration fee and told that if i failed to complete the task they will charge rs 4500 for this.
They told me all this on call and asked for photo of fornt and back side of my aadhar card, my email id and an alternate number. I gave all of that.
After that they sent me an email in which their was a license in which some instructions were written with my name and adress on it.
Now they had sent me a link to download one app named agreement software there they told me to sign... I signed on it then a verification call came to me from a girl who was asking for verification but just before that i checked others complaint and came to know that it is fraud... And Now they are forcing me to pay otherwise they are fire case against me.

Ligal notice from an advocate, states that they are going to take an ligal action on me for not completing thei work. When i got a call from them to join the work, i just had dought on them and i just saerched on line and found that they are fraud, (unix enterprise) and now after 15 days they sent an ligal notice and they are going to take an action on me as claiming me as 420. What should i do, should i ignore them or should i raise an complaint on them.

This company is really fake and spam too
They threatened me that i couldn't able to submit the work at the particular time so the asked me money to extent the day for 2 day 9600 otherwise 5600 to terminate from the work
From both i need to pay amount they also said that all the amount it refundable...
Other wise they will move legally
I give a complaint to the police inspector near my locality and registered fir... And inform thale company that move legally after that the particular phone number is not responding... Dont jump in to these type of fraudulent beware well... Requesting for ol

With 90% accuracythen i did not get the work only and now they are charging me penalty and harassing me of taking legal action against me.. I started my work as told by the company unix enterprise.. It was told to compete within 10 days.. They also provided helpline numbers which they didn't even respond atleast once.. After completing the work, i submitted within the given time limit. I've done the work with maximum accuracy and now they are saying the accuracy is below 90%.. They are asking to pay 4500 + extra 3000.. It was said that i had to pay 4500 if i don't submit the work.. Now they are asking for more money.. If i don't pay the amount they said they will file a notice against me.. I'm in great trouble..

Even i m facing the same issue.. They told that if i do their work i will get salary else i need to pay 4, 500. I found its a fake company. So i haven't paid a single penny.. But there are calling me.. That they will file a case and send legal notice to my address.. They have my aadhar card.. So i am worried.. When i found its fake company i constantly saying that yes fake company so stop calling me.. But their are not listen to my words and saying that i will case a file against you. I got a call from the man few days back he said he is from unix enterprise. He offered me a job of online form filling work with a digital agreement and said i could take legal actions if i feel the company is not genuine and gained my trust. Later i came to know that these people are a scammers as they all blocked my number at the same time when i tried contacting them and according to the agreement i have to pay rs 4500 as a penalty if i didn't do the work in 10 days. As soon as i learned this i stopped the work. After 10 days i am getting constant emails calls and texts from adv anil gupta, adv rajiv gupta and adv mane saying a case has been filed by my name in aurangabad civil court and demanding a ransom amount of rs 4500+3000. These people are true #. I don't know what to do. Please help.

As i read things from here i blocked all their numbers. After that also they messaged me in whatsapp and telling me they filed a case against me. What to do now i am scared. They are calling me from different numbers and threatening me. They asked me to give 12500. And as they filed the case against me they are saying me to pay 35000 now. Help me please. I am really scared.

I am a student studying on education loan so to earn money I started working for this company. Working day and night I had completed 1500 forms which not an easy task and then they said that your QC report has failed and they started asking for 4500rs. from in just 2 hours. Being a student it was not possible for me to pay this much amount in such short period of time.
Now their lawyer MR. Abhijeet Kulkarni ([protected]) is threatening me to pay the amount with extra 3000rs. till[protected] to close the case and agreement.

Kindly help me with this matter. Instead of paying me for the correct forms I have filled forms they are asking for money from me.

See madam their is no multiple login i respect you I have pledge my rings and gave you the money I know wat I worked their is no mistakes in my work you blackmaild me I have recordings and mails please try to understand and pay back and want money I will never leave you guys I know what to do I worked as your worker I respect the company now you guys are doing like this I need my money if you can't tell me I know what to do Please give me the work I will do but dont cheat me I am in very big problem but you guys doing like this multiple login it's not possible because I have only one laptop never cheat people like this

For online work i gave my ID details from Unix enterprise. Then she signed an agreement from me, there were mentioned 4500 penalty charges if it failed to do the work in given time. My work is not completed in given time. Then I pay 4500. Advocate for forced me to pay the charges for the company, he said you have to paid. I'm said cancel this then he again forcing me to pay 20580 to case and agreement. He force me police case and pay 2-3 lakh.. Please help me.

Sir i apply job online for form filling after 2, 3 days unix enterprise call me and said we give u a 30000 rupees for 1500 form filling in 10 days. For registration purpose demand digital sign as a name that time not said about agreement after some time send agreement copy. And use my digital name asa sign on agreement unfortunately adhar was shared as part of documents. They send me agreement there stamp no. Is uk 5115. After 4, 5 days of work i realized this company is fraud so i don`t want to do more work. I have completed the task and then they said that required quality has not been found.. They said that they will correct the remaining 20% quality issue if i paid them rs.4500 work after some time advocate is called me and said me to pay 16500 rupees and also said otherwise case will get in court and legal actions will be taken on you. I am worried. Please help me out.

The same situation face lot of people and these persons demands different figures money to all and feared to public by legal words.
Now no one received our calls and sms from advocate nos. Are call and told about legal actions like

Advocate will be appointed for the arbitration proceedings at indian council of arbitration court. Company will provide you last chance to clear the dues and settle the dispute outside the court. We just inform you that pay the agreement amount to quit and close your file. Other wise you have to follow the below proceeds.

The company assures that you accept the binding agreement and hence they conduct the legal action under civil wrong and cause of statement.

1: the company will proceeds legal action and file a case against you.

2:they will send you a case id.

3:there after they have provide you the legal notice on your residence proof.


So do not force the company to conduct a legal action against you. This is for final time the company assures you.

If you ignore such things then company is eligible to take legal actions against you.

Kindly reply us your last statement on - email id for more details and complete your further procedures...

I have applied for online jobs from home then after some time someone called me and telling about form filling 1500 per form 20/- and within 10 days with 90% accuracy .if this work find good then your payment will be paid.total money 30000.but 4500/ chargeable I. e. Will deduct from company itself.
But this is my 2 days of working online from mobile. My phone is not proper work so I have tried and mailed to company to off my I'd all that because I don't have any source to do work . But after few minutes mail came that ... Ok you are not able then pay service charges of the company.
From that I try to contact helpline number then no response from company. I checked my agreement code on Google then here was many more complaint on the same code. This is a fraud company .My submission day is 11 before submittion date I want to a help please look into the matter as soon as possible.

Mane, you voilated the agreement and pay the penalty amount 4500 and also pay 3000 within 48 hrs. Also they messaged to issue the legal notice against you and near police station. What should i do. The company is using the same stamp number uk 5115 and they have used it with many others.I competed the work but they are telling there is only 80% accuracy but I checked it's not true.So they asked me 5000 rupees but I refused to pay since they are not using a proper stamp number.The lawyer is calling me and harrasing and threatening me that he will file a case.He is asking me for 7500 rupees now and he gave me 10 days time
