I got this message from them to do data entry work fill and you'll get paid I agreed but now I'm seeing this reviews online about them that in the end they're asking for money and I'm a student I don't have any money that's why i agreed to this job what should i do they give us 12 days time to submit 1200 form and i think even if i fill 1200 forms or not they will call me asking for money

This my first day ofworking and i started the worktoday and i checked it in google but its fake company now they will black mail me for paying the money but im from poor family and its a fraud company and i submitted my adhar details also the have my adress so im very scared theyre blackmailing me that they wi do legal case etc so plz what should i do now plzzz help me let go out of this problem 😭😭

To learn something new, to be independent and also to gain knowledge and as well, I decided to work. I got registered in uptasks gave all details also. We had to complete 1200 within 12days, after 5 to 6days there were server issues, and I had some doubts and messaged the certain person but no reply and I also found that it is a spam of cheating people, thy r threatening me.. So much of paying the amount and showing proofs also. First thy gave time till 2.30 and now telling pay in 10mins Or will file a legal case in delhi court with their adocate. Please take a serious action on this issue in future no one should ever fall into this. Fraud. Please consider it as a serious one.

[protected] i got a WhatsApp text from uptask fraud company they said form filling job and i agreed that I don't know that if I not complete the work and after completing all 1200 forms there incorrect forms and they said I should pay 3800 if not pay they book a fir in police station and the job company is fake I have a health issue please solve this problem

Last year 2019, in sept month someone from uptask services called me to join as a work from home, and i have filled the form after that also they are asking for money, and saying that i am not completing the work, now they are sending legal notice, and that time when i have some issue to submit the work ask them again and again but they are not responding.

Hie, i took work from home from uptask services. I have completed 90% in 10 days, with rarely mistake and after days that forms automatically submitted. Then after one day they call me and tell mi your 300 forms are wrong please pay 5, 000/- rs. I said no bcoz rarely forms are wrong not that much forms they said no that showns in my computer. And they said if you not pay then we take a legal notice. Then i said i said i was complaining against you in police station. And they send me a notice without any reason what can i do?

I'm a student and for seek of pocket money i applied for a typing job through the company known as uptask services. They gave me to type 1500 jobs in 10 days which i couldn't complete due to health issues.
Now they are mentally harassing me by calling regularly through their fake lawyers (Adv. Mane - [protected]) for penalty fees of around 6999 rupees.
According to them they have even filed a case against me in delhi high court. And soon i will be receiving a legal notice.
Completely feeling like suicidal. I just wanted to help my poor parents but these # are making my moral down.
Please help me i want to be out of this issue!

This is fake company called "uptask services" which provides you work to complete in 10 days. If you do not do the assigned work they ask to you pay them money or a legal action will be taken.
So, i'd like to expose this fake company and their fake members of this company who ask for money from people without any reason! My bad luck i paid penaulty amount and they give me noc but they are continue calling me and said that for cancel aggrement pay 22000 and for paper work you have to pay 18000. Kindly see into this matter and help me.

A boy explain one thing about job i sent my data but that company sent me unexpected agreement file. There website not working properly. I was completely work at time but they make wrong qc reports and they say about 5900 amount pay other wise they habe file case against you as agreement. I know thats wrong report becouse i have a my original report screen shot of forms and they will show wrong report. They have daily massage me against case file. These people after filling the form target of 1500 say you haven't reached the target of filling 1350 forms correctly and then they don't respond or their helplines don't respond and all of a sudden without any information, they start harassing the worker by saying that a notice has been filed legally. And payment has to be done via phone, without revealing any authentic details or are denying to even meet on straight even if I say I'll amount directly. They need me to pay them 15000 without even knowing if they are genuine and ate harassing me. This person is doing it in the name of advocate ph.no [protected].
Many people are going through same problem with this company . Please help.

Once my work is done for fill, they said I don't reach the requirement, without any info, or mailing the details, suddenly a person named mayank saxena (ph. [protected]) is calling saying he's advocate and asking me to pay15000 rupees which is not mentioned in agreement . And saying notice will be served. Please help me. I didn't get any mail about payment too and now all of a sudden they say there is a case .

They fist ask for i'd proof n i'm student there fore my age is 17so i'm not proper for that age limit they ask for my family members documents so i gave us because i need some money or they take the legal agreement my work wasn't complete so they ask me for panelty charges i can't pay therefore they take actions n case against me so the advocate call me n ask for 7500 pay in that amount n i don't have money what can i do please help mee plzz my father was admitted so i find the job for there treatment please help me

I got a message that you want form filling job then whatsapp this number.in that job i have to fill 1500 for with 90 percent accuracy in 10 days, after 3 days i said them to cancel my id because i got a job in dehradun so i don't have time for that. They didn't reply. After 7 days they said you have to pay 4900 rs utility charges, i refused to pay it. After 2 days they said you have to pay 3000 more. They are irritating me, they keep asking for money and give me a legal notice by an advocate mane. Number is [protected]. From this number call is coming nowadays. Pls help me as soon as possible.

Quicker pe job from home ke liye post kiya tha aur mujhe uptask se call aya ki 1500 forma 10 din mai submit karne hai. Maine 10 din mai 1500 forms submit kiya to ab mujhe qc report diya ki mera work fail ho gaya hai. Aur ab mujhse 4900/- ki penalty mang rahe hai jo ki 2 ghante mai pay karni hai...
Mujhe pehle e-mail aya aur fir call bhi aya tha penalty pay karne ke liye nahi to aurangabad court ana padega. Maine email bhi kiya aur call pe bhi bola ki mujhe 2-3 dino ka time do lekin unhone meri baat sunil hi nahi properly aur baar-baar legal action ki dhamki dene lage, us agreement ke basis pe jo mujhe lagta hai ki fake hoga.

Please help me, i am jobless and chahti thi kuch paise mil jate lekin in logo ne kaam bhi karva liya aur koi qc report ke na pe ye kaha ki almost saare forms galat hai...

I have searched for some work from home jobs and got a contact for form filling from uptask services so when i called the guy. He asked me to provide my government id and other mail id. I have provided and i got the work. But i'm unable to submit the work within the time so they said they will give extention to submit the project if i pay the moey. I got call from two different numbers saying the same. So then i searched in the internet and found that it is all a trap by that company.

On 13th september i had applied for a job through quickr and then a girl through whatsapp contacted me, the num of that girl is (Protected) if needed i can provide separately, she explained it to me about the work which was to fill up 1500 forms in 10 days, i completed all but when i wanted to submit the forms 1 form was missing so when i contacted their helpline number, they said that i need to pay 8000 to complete the work again, and later got a call from a company name esthetica enterprise claiming if i pay them 3000 they would complete my work and submit it. Later when i refuse pay them the amount, a person named maysha malik claiming to be an advoacte emailed me by saying that i need to pay the amount otherwise he would make me arrested. As, i came across about this similar complaints was issued in this forum and also resolved. So, i’m hoping that you could resolve my issue too cuz i am really tensed about all this and i don’t have such amount to pay anyone. Please, help me get out of this. I request you to take this complaint and consider it at its earliest. Also, the company that i got my work was for uptask service, aurangabad maharashtra but the said amount to be paid that the advocate mentioned to me is eluxum technology, gujarat. I am registering this complaint again as i have received an email from consumer helpline stating that the issue has been resolved and i can mark it as resolve so i marked my complaint as resolved but when i got to know later through a friend and also checked the faq of consumer complaint it was specified that consumer complaint rarely emails and the official email is consumer complaints.in and not any other email. So, the email through which it was sent was some consumerhelpline so i am registering my complaint again. Cuz until i did not marked my complaint as resolved they were not calling me and now suddenly after i marked it as resolved the company is started to call me and harass me. Please look into the matter. I am attaching the email that was sent to me by consumerhelpline.

Sir, i am student recently graduated seeking for a job so i made an account on quicker jobs and there i found this job of form filling on 29th sep 2019. I called for enquiery and the man on the phone send me pictures and videos of job demo so i agreed for the job and they send me bond paper written with my name on it on my email id.

I got a call from a girl from the company named uptask services. She asked me about the form filling job and i agreed and registered due to my bad financial condition. After registering with them, i read on the internet that the company is a fraud. I haven't started the work yet but i do not know what to do further. I request you to resolve my problem as i do not want myself to get indulged in such stuff. Please help me and tell me what to do further.

I have call from a company named uptask services and said me for work with them does not say about any penalty for not completing work and they sent me a agreement which is seems to be fake now they call me again and again for paying penalty. Through quikr a lady from uptask services contacted me for work from home option. After i agreed, they sent me a agreement to accept. N after two days i get user id n password in the afternoon of 9 sept 2019. As per the time i received the login details, the completion was 10 days n minimum 1350 forms. As per the time i received the login details, 10 days completes on 20 sept in the afternoon.

Within 2 days i get legal notice n messages start floating threatening about legal action n demanding money. I cannot understand why legal action n for what. There is no website of the company. Company address is mentioned as aurangabad however calls were coming from gujarat.

They said to attend legal case in aurangabad court or pay 35000 as out of court settlement. Which work of home company files legal action against housewives n students who fall prey to their sweet talks. My request to quikr, please check company credentials before posting their ads. Please take action as innocent people r targeted with their threats.

Sir, i'm a student, a women called me saying about the uptask online form filling job, due to my financial vulnerability i did agreed to that. She sent me a picture of form (Already filled) saying it was demo. So, after that i agreed to their contract which is dated may 18th 2018, so, after that i was given work of 10 days which i did and submitted, they told me to wait for the qc report but i failed, so they are asked me to pay 5000/- rupees, their advocate directly contacted me saying you have to pay 5000/- in 2 hours otherwise you'll be sued, he did called me like 3-4 times and speaking very rudely, so when i searched about the uptask credibility and i found people filing consumer complaint and getting the problem solved. Today also they sent me a legal notice... Please help me out sir, i'm vulnerable.

I got a call frm dis company n dey offerd me online job which shud be cmpltd within 10 days.. Dey asked me about 90% accuracy in my wrk.. If not i need to pay 4999 to dem.. Dey have an agreemnt also.. I sent my driving licence copy to dem but i changed my adress.. I have cmpltd my wrk within 8 days.. Dey told dat within 7 wrkng days i will get my amount... But now i have chckd about dis company in google. I got afraid.. Wt shud i do now? I dint do final submission.. Plz help me..

I got call from girl named shruti about typing job, they send me the license agreement documents in mail, and told to register, agreement was unusual so i check in online about this company i came to know it’s fraud company so i didn’t complete the registration! So is there any problem for me as i didn’t complete registration or completed the agreement?

Sir please help me because this fraud company has offered me the same job of work from home and the even make an agreement as well, but in the mean time i realize that its a fake company by reading all the messages here. Hence, i have blocked them everywhere and even stop there work. So, please help me out to report this company and even get them to the jail.

So i immediately messaged her about what i read on the internet to which she replied that these people could not complete their work and so they have written # about the company. Now i'm really scared to even do the work after reading all of this. Please help me. What should i do now?

Tab mujhe uptask services ki taraf se call aaya 10 din me 1500 form online fill karne ke or maine unka kam bhi kiya par uske baad ek madam ne mujhe call kiya or kaha ki aap ke 200 form galat hai or apne contract breach kiya hai. Ab mujhe paise ke sath legal action lene ke message or email aane lage hai.
