Their website was so well presented that I mistook it as genuine seller, and made an order of 2 bamboo shades and pre-paid through credit card online.

Its only when even after 15 days they didnt dispatch the order that I got suspicious -- i called their customer care and the guy said it will be dispatched today or max tomorrow -- nothing changed and when i called back again after 4 days -- exact same words they mentioned again that it will be dispatched today or tomorrow.

Now I became sure that its a fraud, and they never intended to send anything.

I wrote a warning mail to them, to which they replied that they have now dispatched and send me tracking id by email --- well the mail received only mentioned that you order is processed and no tracking id or whatsoever.

Now that I have read other reviews, i am sure now -- that they are fraud.

PLEASE DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM -- if you want to, only buy it COD -- never pay in advance.

I am writing so as this fraud company dont loot others.

Stick to reputed online companies like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra etc.

Prompt call was recd from urbano requesting to convert to pre paid giving a small discount and a promise to deliver plants within 4-5 days.
After much follow up they dispatched only a partial order (letting me think it was full order) which was again delayed on route. Promised date of delivery was 17th May but delivery was recd on 22nd May. Plants were in near dead condition. And now other than the management trainee everyone is too busy to come on the phone or call back. Ridiculous service. I waited a long time before putting reviews and complaining to allow them a chance to fulfil. But I see there are other similar complaints on this site.

I ordered 3 cane planters vide order no. 19198 on 24/1/23 and paid ₹ 3489 towards the same. As of 19/4/23 the order has still not been received. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. Pranab Debnath is a bloody fraud and deserves to be sued for every single paisa he has. Bloody scam artist who went to UK to do MBA and came back after learning how to steal. What a joker!

I ordered a pair of garden lights and a Giant Taro plant.
After several followups partial order of lights arrived but it is the not the correct product.
The plant hasn't come since the order made 6 weeks back.
Customer service (Pranab is the primary contact) has stopped responding. I have tried to make several inquiries on email and whatsapp. 2 mobile numbers that was published in the order correspondence have gone unresponsive both on phone and whatsapp. No response on email as well.

I’ve placed an order for 2 planters on Urbano.in for ₹ 2, 578 on 15th January. After series of follow up they’ve sent the partial order and now when I enquire about the remaining 1 planter they’re not at all responding. I’ve tried many times to reach out to them. Please don’t buy from such lousy company, they’re bunch of frauds.

I had placed an order on May 15th. I haven't received the order yet, when asked for refund the customer care guy told me that their owner is not well and it will take time. Now there is no response from them
