A complete fraud company. They will ask you to pay in advance and after that products will never be delivered. The owner of the company Pranab Debnath is a liar who used to speak with me before placing order. his partner Debajyoti Dam is another fraud. Both are minting money without delivering products to its customer. Their website urbano.in is a source of cheating people and making easy money. I placed an order and its been 8 months, products have not been delivered. They just keep telling lies about sending it next week whenever i call. Their scam has to be reported to police.

I had ordered for 6 plants and a garden weeder in early April'23. However, only partial order was delivered. Of the plants which I had ordered, only 2 were in a decent condition. The rest of the three plants (2 giant taro and 1 heliconia) were in near-dead condition. Even after trying, we were unable to revive it. Upon sharing the pics with Pranab, he promised that he would send a replacement soon but I have been given multiple excuses.

Sometimes, the owner Pranab is out of town. Sometimes the management trainee Ricky is just not able to figure out what is going on. Once Pranab said that he shall share the pics of the plants once he reaches the farmhouse, but I guess he never reached. Sometimes they say that they shall courier it the next week, but this the 4th time I am hearing that excuse. Avoid all purchases from this seller.

I talked to the owner before placing the order, but apart from sweet talks and hollow promises, I don't think urbano sells anything. Plants are just a front for the scam that is going on.

Yesterday at 4;04 pm, an order for re2232/ was placed on the mentioned website, for which they sent an email giving the order no 18336...after which they completely cut off..no tracking details, no expected date for delivery and not reponding to any of contact means they mentioned
