This company is super aggressive in calling and pressuring you to submit your application for positions and they exaggerate your qualifications for the job. Once you complete all the paperwork and jump through hoops, they either don't call back or they will waste more of your time with interviews that mysteriously get cancelled at the last minute without explanation. Avoid us tech solutions at all costs, they are a scam.

I received a phone call this afternoon from[protected]. The man said my first name after i answered. I said "yes." then he mumbled his name (I think) and said he was from us tech solutions. I have never heard of them so i assumed it was a telemarketer. He repeated my name and said he was on a recorded line and was trying to collect on a "small debt" that i owe. This was after the small talk and i had to tell him to talk faster since i was...

Supposedly on[protected] i was told by capital collection marketing that i was suppose to have agreed to three payments of $149.99 over a two year contract with us tech solutions for technical services first of all i do not remember back to any such thing happening and i would never agree to that kind of services. Why would they wait that length of time and send to collections now without sending me some kind information about the situation.

April 4, 2018 technician jerry parker and his manager derrick o'brien made an unauthorized wire withdrawal of monies from my account in the amount of $782.00. It is now april 9, 2018 and both mr parker and mr o'brien have been of no assistance outside of a second scam for me to send more monies to get my $782.00 wired back to my account. They've become very unprofessional, not taking my calls or i've been told on many occasions that they will call me back. That hasn't happened yet.

I have been reading all the complaints about us tech solutions and i wanted chime in to say this company is not a scam.

I have been working for us tech solutions as a contractor for a major us company for about 3 months. As one of the complains detailed i was contacted through email with a general job description that they probably found on the internet or job board. Which is fine with me because i was looking for a job and did not have the same resources as them. They must have got my resume off monster or indeed and emailed me.

The recruiter's had a heave accent and his english was not that good but i took the time to try to get all the information about the job as i could.

You have to remember these recruiter's only get paid if you get the job so they do not want to waste time with ppl they think are not qualified or will not interview well.

Anyway to make a long story short... I was unimpressed with my first few contacts with them but after i was offered the position with the company i interviewed with they have been excellent!!! I have no complaints, i am paid a very high salary for a contractor and they even offer benefits.
I worked for another staffing agency for 4 years on the same assignment and i must say that us tech is far better than belcan.

Recruiter from this firm submitted my resume for a job in NC without submitting me and tried to deny it. I called their office in NJ to complain and they denied it until I sent them a screen shot of the resume submission confirmation email I received from them. That is fraud. I asked them to put me on the DO NOT CONTACT EVER list. So unprofessional.

I have been totally scammed. And will accept the blame. I know better!
Answered call from,[protected] on land line. Some guy with Indian accent.
First clue, stupid me, he was from Microsoft and my computer was messed up.
So let him continue and get in computer. I know, stupid. Have been doing damage control all afternoon.
Will dispute the charge. And have changed passwords.
Beware, these people are tricky and somewhat believable. Especially for a 70 year old woman. Who is still trying to stay current with fast moving technology.
Have learned a valuable lesson. And hope by writing this...no one will be tricked.
