Dear sir, i facing a problem with the usys services. I have done the work what they are assigned to me in a stipulated time only. But there was some typing errors in that. So they asked me to pay rs.5400/- as a penalty. But they are asking rs.12550/- as a legal penalty. And asking 21400 now asking for 12500 via cal two advocates mihir and shetty prasad. Dear Sir,
I got a phone call that no registration fee, no penalty as in the agreement, just do as much as you can and get payment for that" like that they said. I did not sing any agreement. I completed work and submitted. I suddenly i got sms and mail that they filed case against me. This is cheating. Firstly i said no. But they forced me to do that work by saying it is free, no risk.
