Units of the Scheme

I hold 100 Units of the scheme in PHYSICAL FORM. I have received interest/dividend/income from these Units till July 2000. After that I had changes of addresses till now as I was in a transferable job. The account numbers also changed with change in cities/states. Due to being busy with my job I also lost track of the dividends etc. Now I have retired and have a permanent address. How do I redeem my Units now?...

How to redeem this unit
