I had requested for Medium Of Instructions (MOI) letter from my University via Uttarika services on July this year and have made payment of around 11k for the same. Out of that amount, I have never received the receipt of 1545/- which they claim is University fees and I wanted the University receipt for reimbursement.

The estimated date for the document was Aug-28-2022. When checking for the non-reception of the aforesaid document on Sep-01, I came to know that they have actually applied for Transcript document instead of MOI letter to the University. Instead of making a big deal of the goof-up, which was clearly made by them, I continuously tried to co-operate with them. They tried to put the blame of the mistake on me, but when they could not prove it, they promised me that they have spoken to the University officials to provide the MOI letter along with the transcript document (on Sep-05).

Now they are saying that the transcript document is mid-way with the University and are asking for extra 3750/- if I want my MOI letter to be processed. It clearly means that they were cheating me since the beginning and this is just money making scam run by them.

I can provide email communications to prove the below points:

1. I always requested for MOI, since my very initial email and never asked for transcripts.
2. They never pointed out the goof-up despite of me asking for the MOI letter clearly in all of my emails.
3. Receipt of 1545/- from the University was never shared with me, this amount was demanded later.
4. Emails were they are trying to put the blame of the goof-up on me.

I can also share all the whatsapp communication happened until now to prove the fake promises they have been making since so far.

One of thw worse services they take hefty amount for just to get transcripts and never refund nor provide services they promise to provide.

Kanchana and Kalpana both these ladies are so unprofessional and do not know how to do their work. Their literacy in basic manners is worse than those of slums. They either hang up the call on you or wait for you to call them update.

The update you receive will be same standard template. Pandemic or no pandemic their services are worse than a roadside vendor.

The employee's are so reckless and do not worry of receiving a bad feedback nor the feedback shared with their CEO. Looks CEO is nothig but just another employee to them with no strong professionalism as well. Please save your money and time both, do it yourself if that works for you.

It was a terrible mistake of assigning this company the responsibility of getting my transcripts. They are totally unreliable. It's been more than two months at their end to get my transcripts and still no clue when am i going to get, always tell we are in touch with ground representatives and charged a hefty sum of 10k for this service. Regretting my decision.

This company needs to shut down as they are simply looting people.
