The delivery person Madiwala is very rude. He always talks in abusive language with my wife every time he comes to deliver the cylinder. We have complaint about him many a times to the owner Veeresh and in Indian Oil but no action has been taken. He once even spoke filthy words to my daughter when she was alone at home.
He always delivers dirty cylinders to us (look at pics).

Veeresh Indane Gas agency (located at Sapthagiri Layout, Nagashettyhalli, RMV II Stage, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560094) has pathetic service. I have experienced difficulties dealing with it many times. Recent example is that I booked a refill cylinder on 8th July 2015 thru IVR (Booking No: 392613) and after 6 days I received SMS that booking is cancelled by the distributor. I again booked thru IVR (Booking No: 397315), this time in two weeks...

Mandatory to buy gas stove
I have taken new gas connection from Veeresh Indane gas agency. The proprieter of the Gas agency is telling me that it is mandatory to buy a gas stove + trolley + lighter charging me Rs 3066/ for these items, along with the new gas connection. Since i already have a Gas stove with ISI mark. Then why is forcing me to do so. I therefore request you to kindly look into my complaint. i have not picked up the stove + trolley + lighter.
