I had completed MBA from Venkateshwara Open University in 2019. I had applied for Degree Certificate on 14th Sep 2023 and got acknowledgement mail also that, it will be issued by the end of Nov 2023. Now I am regularly following up with your team for that on mail from more than 6 months, but neither getting any reply on my mails nor any positive response. Even i have tried on call [protected], not nobody picked up the call. I am very helpless...

I enrolled in BCA program with them in 2020 and after finishing it in March, 2023, so far I have not received degree and any communication.
University support is not replying to any requests and not providing any phone support. If you're a student, I suggest you go for other Universities because either this university seems fake....

With due respect, I would like to inform you that I am a student of Venkateshwara open University. I have completed my MBA course from venkateshwara open university IN, MARCH 2020 and i have paid all fees upto end but still i did not receive my final degree and marksheet.my career has spoil..pls help

I have completed my 2 year MBA course 2 years back and i have been sending emails and contacting the SRO for my pending marksheets and degree certificate.

I never received my marks sheets and degree certificate.

Even the email reply says, "we are escalating the issue".

It cannot be 2 years the same response. I doubt the university is fake.

I have been contacting SRO and every time they say we are escalating the issue.

University staff will call for the payments of semester fees until the fee is paid. But after completion of the degree we need to follow-up for degree certificate.

I have completed my MBA 2021 but university is not send my 1st and 4th semester mark sheet even i was paid my fees.

I enrolled in Executive Masters of Business Administration (Information Technology Management) from VOU in 2019 and completed it in 2020.

But, I faced following issues, once my degree was finished:
1. WRONG MARKSHEET:
University sent me a wrong marksheet for second semester. I pointed out mistake and applied for correction through SRO (Student relation officer), I got no status on the same even after 6 months of the issue.

2. Transcript not sent to WES, Canada:
I applied for WES in march and sent my application to university. I was told it would take 45 days to have the procedure complete and send my transcript to WES, Canada. It has been 6 months till now and nothing has been done in this case from university.

3. Degree Certificate:
They have asked me to submit a fees of 5000/- and both semester marksheet copies along with an affidavit for getting Degree certificate. Since, one of my marksheet (the wrong one) is with university back, so I have requested them to provide degree certificate as they already have all my marks details. But no update has been given since last year.

University officials have the Student Relation Officer assigned to you, but they keep on changing every 10-15 days. So, you need to explain all the issues over again and again.

Apart from that, none of the emails asking for help are replied on time. or even resolved. There is no dedicated support for a student.
It has been a complete waste of time and money, doing a course with this university.

I did not get a degree certificate. I completed the course 2 years ago...i try many times call and send mail but not any response..pls help

Me and my husband have done executive MBA from venketeswara University. Now they are demanding rs 5000 each for MBA certificate. We had paid the complete fees during the enrollment of the course.

I came across this university and ms. Kalyani from this institute called me. She sent me info proving that this university is wes recognised but when i came across this complaints portal and people telling it to be a fake university without giving degree certificate on time and the portals all disabled after some time to contact them, i decided not to go with it. She had asked me 5k to pay initially as a confirmation for processing but since i wasn't convinced with the authenticity i just paid 2k to get information from her. And as proved by this lady its a fake university as she is not refunding that 2k back. Thank god i just paid 2k rather than being a part of the scam.

I completed my emba course 2016 and paid all the required fees in may 2017 for it to be processed and dispatched and they said the certificate will take 8-12 for it to be dispatched. After exactly 12 months of waiting, in may 2018 i contacted the university and to my surprise, the varsity email addresses are no longer accepting emails as they seem to have been disabled.

The sros are no longer accessible. No email is being delivered. Everything has just sunk into oblivion. I do not know what to do. Is this vou still operational or it has closed? Or else it never existed and we were conned out of our hard earned american dollars which i was paying. Please assist.

I have done my distant emba course in venkiteswara open university, vou. But i haven't recieved my course certificate yet even after 2 years of the course completion. I paid the complete course fee. When i ask for the certificate, they are demanding more money to be paid inorder to get it... Even the persons are not getting in contact for any queries..

I enrolled for exmba online program for proj. Mgmt in dec16 after full payment. I also gave one semester exams in august 2017. But since nov17, no one from university is responding and also website has gone missing. One who took admission have left as well as my program coordinator not traceable. I have lost money, time as well as the purpose of perusing the course. Please help.

Although i know its india no one listening me... Inspite of it i am telling you about venkateshwara open university is a fake. I had completed one semester and had spend time in study semester. I have submitted 28000/- fee against my mba course in operations. Please suggest me so that i can get back my whole money and need to punished them i had kill my 1 year and 4 months in such fake information.

I am a emba student of this university, joined in may 2016.

1) for my case they provided wrong spilling mark list. When i ask the customer service, they are just avoiding me.

2) they have online study platform, so students needs to submit assignment through online system. Whatever assignments they have provided before exam, i completed before completion date.

But after my exam they loaded one more assignment in the online system and when result has come they declared failed in the assignment.

So need an investigation against this university and save students time, money and career.

My daughter r. Greeshma is studying bbabl from a reputed university in chennai. She intented to study online dual degree mba course. Accordingly one mrs. Kaveri hankare, course co-ordinator contacted my daughter and asked her to send all the certificates required for admission. After the submssion of certificates she asked us to pay intitial amount of rs.5000/- which we paid on line and after she asked us to pay rs.18, 000/- which was also paid one line. But after the payment of 2nd instalment, there was no response from her. When contacted she said that she had left the job and asked us to contact the vou. When we contacted vou there is no response. We had paid the amount in april2017. Hence it is kindly requested to refund the amount immediately failing which i have no other go but to approach prime minister's office in this regard and contemplate legal action
