I really stuck with this Bull [censored]e property due to the miss communication and wrong Marketing on the Magic Brick and CommonFloor of this Property .
There is nothing called Swimming pool or Clube house provided by Builder .Even Builder Promised to give possession in month or JANuary 2014 maximum delay or 1-2 months now even till June no chances of possesion apart of this Builder him self taken dicision of not providing the Swimming pool...

Hey guys amazing, builder does not even bother to intimate the clients on the reason for delay and further cheats to the core by not providing the compensation.Rediculous and further there is no dead line provided. This shows how organised, reputed, planned builder. There is a worst part is their management team headed by a VP is a Disastrous. Head does not even have the basic sense to cater to the requirements of the customers and further...
