I am resident of S1 building (Treasure-1), still waiting to get amenities even after more than a year of possession, whenever we complain through Society, he shows doing of some work and then again stops.God knows when he will complete and handover the amenities to society.

I am resident of Building P (Treasure-I), construction quality is not good, can see cracks and tear just a year after construction...
I am resident of S-1, Still have not got proper Parking.

DO NOT BUY FLAT HERE.
More than anything the attitude of builder is so annoying.. He does anything and everything in the society and he has links to few important people. Hence no one dares to stand against him. He cheated on all th residents in the society . He took 1 lakhs-2 lakhs for parking but never gave it to people. He uses the society premises for his personal parties. He has not provided with even a single aminity as he initially promised and he has no plans of doing that in near future. My request to all of you reading this comment; Never buy any property from this person. It will be the worst deal of your life.

I would like to inform u on behalf of Vinayak Enterprises, that among all the amenities
promised to you (Garden, Swimming Pool, Clubhouse, Jogging Track, Volley ball Court)swimming pool, Garden (completed 2yrs back), clubhouse is ready the other 2 amenity work is in progress ! Till date we are maintaining the common amenities (we were suppose to maintain only for a year) this is just because of our phase 2 work is in progress. We have made a commitment of providing and handing over all the common amenities by the end of 2012 when the Federal society is formed.

Regarding the parking issue would like to inform the blogger to attend the meetings of society and be updated. We are already in process of allotting the parking for all the societies we were short of some parking's for which the provision has been made.

Regarding the developing of cracks ! I would like to talk to anyone who is technical in construction.
The cheapest builder I have ever seen...I could not stop laughing when I saw the parking he allocated...(its a paid parking)...half the car would be in open air when parked fully :-)...only 50% could be parked...that too he said, he will consturct a half region with tiles..(I donno how would it help to cover the car FULLY :-) )...on the top of it he would personally call society chairman's and ask them not to talk about issues in the society general meetings...(obviously he had used non dictionary words to scold them)...

Also to construct the new buildings he will draw the current from existing buildings (I mean to run the electrical equipments) without the knowledge of society members / chairman...:-)...

This guy will held personal partiies (like B'day of his family members) along with local guys (Street guys) in the society premises for which he will decorate all the buildings and have them dance till mid night on folk songs (obviously with extremly high deciible sound)...

I think this guy has connections with local politicians (e.g. Nagar-sewak), due to which people are coming forward to talk openly against him...and I think its right, even I would be scared that, what if he comes to know that I have written against him..I am sure the very next day some street guy would enter my flat to make me speechless throughout my life...I guess, u got an idea about severity of this guy.
We are still waiting for general amenities, parking, swimming pool etc..etc...which he promised as soon as we get the possesion of flat.

Visited site recently, everything looks like good in my 1st visit, location of site is good as per connectivity and upcoming projects like bridge, road etc. But just have a cross check before u go ahead about the land surrounding of the river ( as site is very close to the river side/just on the bank of river) from any known/close local friends/relatives, as I heard from one of my known person/resident of Pimple Gurav that long back ago that river side area was used to burn hindu dead bodies (Hindu Kabrasthan).
I[censored] dont believe on these then go ahead, it will be good deal.
But i[censored] dont then just cross check at ur level instead of regretting in the future.
For me, I can not even thing to revisit the site perhaps i liked.

Builder is not worth to trust... Common Amenities was not provided by the builder even after 2 yrs. Among all the amenities promised to residents (Garden, Swimming Pool, Clubhouse, Jogging Track, Volley ball Court).. al are exist but only on paper and not ready to use conditions. Swimming pool was there but again the same, not ready to use. Swimming pool is there but what about the changing rooms? Garden (completed 2yrs back)-- can you that place is a garden?, clubhouse is ready, but only builder is using it from last 2 yrs.. society members are not allowed to use it even they had paid for it. The other 2 amenity work is in progress... didn't see any progress after booking of new construction. Common amenities are not ready use so how those can be maintained from last last 2 yrs? Can any resident from the project can commit that amenities are completed any we are using that?(except TT Table). Does builder had handed-over the ready use amenities to society?(In any form)

Parking provision is made to your vehicles in another building and not in where you stays.. which is illegle as per Maharashtra-co-operative housing society rules.

On top of all this, builder front office guys are very smart. They are comparing themself with reputed builder like Kalpataru with their project. But they really don't know the professionalism. They will never say NO to any work but they never do the work, always keep telling you "karta hu", "next week karunga" etc. etc.

Even after completion of phase 1 before 2 yrs. fire fighting system is not installed properly for all the buildings. So who will be responsible for any mishap due to fire? Builder had nothing to do with it. His attitude like i had sold the flat and formed the society so his job is done.

Builder had not given the common toilets for the visitiors and security guards and he even not bothered about that.I don't understand how much space it neeed and money also?
I am planning to buy flat here .I read all views and consern .Now builder giving promise all aminity and on time passion .

Pleas clould you let wethere i go for deal or not?

On paper it is very clear that all the amenities will be handed over by end of 2010. Existing costumers pls refer to the agreement and the time mentioned for completion of the amenities.

Dear Blogers,
Now Builder is doing politic with us. He has taken one person from sco. with giving "Some Aamish" . and trying to do politics and reduce our aminities. He has already taken society maint. charges @ rs. 30, 000/- per flat owner. He said that by one soc. representative we will build one TEMPLE in the place of Swiming Tank. and dont have any legale place in Treasure park for give us Jogging Track, Volley ball court, Tenis court and garden.

Me just visited there new site SPRINGS, but looking at the above comment, I am surely canceling the booking idea.
The sles person is someone Ashish and Sachin
Actually we thought of booking the flat in SPRINGS this holi but now my decision has changed.
Never thought that the builder is of this kind.
Good decision to cancle booking in Spring.
Builder has promise so many things at the time of booking but you will get very less.
Parking is most common issue in trasure society and if you see the lift in trasure C building, It looks like MAHADA society lift which they used in couple of years back.
So don't go with any project which execute by the Vinayak enterprise.
Never ever think of buying property from this builder, don't create pain for future after buying flat using your hard earned money. Go to always reputed builder, pay little extra and avoid problems which we are facing . Cheating, not following agreement, , fake information during purchase are common. Invest or buy from reputed builder and save yourself from future trouble and frustration which buyers not able to imagine initially.
