Vip Shaadi Complaints & Reviews

Dear sir/madam, upon various representations and submissions from your end, i took the vip services offered by you. The highlights of the issues being faced by me are as follows: 1. Customer representative is never available. We have to call up atleast 5-6 times a day, leave multiple messages and then pray to god that the call will finally be answered by your representative. 2. It has been about 80 days off the quota of 90 days and you have not been able to arrange a single meeting so far. 3. Despite the regular follow ups and various requests from our end, we do not get the information on the profiles sent by you. 4. Despite repeated requests that the members from delhi ncr to be given priority, the same was not given much attention for more than 60 days and even then there is no follow up on the approved profiles. 5. We had requested for discussion with senior member of the team for redressal of the issues, only to be told that the senior will be available to take call at his leisure, may be by end of the day. Despite various representations made by you, in reality, there is practically no difference between the free services offered by you and the services to vip members.in fact, it is a complete waste of time, money and energy.

Vip shaadi sales person sold subscription on the promise of delivery quality. It has been terrible experience so far. Multiple agents got assigned to my account, but none paid attention to filter criteria i had provided. Moreover these agents went on vacation without notifying me. I had to follow up with these agents despite paying lot of money in subscription. I escalated many times, but neither supervisor nor manager addressed my concerns. For the last 20 days, no one is providing me any service. Manager called me 14 days back and promised to call me back with plan to address my concerns. No one has showed any courtesy so far. It seems vip shaadi management has disappeared all of sudden. As per vip shaadi sla confirmed by sales person, supervisor and manager, they are required to call customer withinb 24-48 hours. Not even once they met that sla. Now they have crossed all the limits. Last call i had was on 28th december. I am still waiting for vip management to call me.
Piece of advice to customers:
Vip shaadi is fraud

In summary,
1. Vip hsaadi took full payment in advance but never updated the profile picture
2. They never updated the profile introduction either
3. They gave a fake phone contact of a profile which they had claimed that they had called
4. Matches were automated and sent on email
5. None of the selected candidates ever reverted even with a rejection
6. No one from vip shaadi reverts back on a call within the time given that is supposedly 24 hours and each follow up phone call has the same answer - ' we will call you within 24 hours'.
7. Change of password of my account was not in my control and it was kept with shaadi. I had to make 3 calls to get that changed.
8. Arun sharma finally assured that refund will be given and i should rest assured, and meanwhile he would not send me any proposals as requested by me. But since proposals were only automated, they kept coming anyway with a new vip manager david who was clueless about being assigned as my manager.
9. I had to call a few times to get the assured refund and was connected to a supervisor neha in accounts who was incapable and incompetent to do that. The only thing she kept on repeating was that refund not possible without addressing to my displeasure and dissatisfaction with the 'vip' service.

The organisation has done nothing for me in one month except sending automated emails with fake matches. Neha was supposed to call me again after discussing with arun sharma. It’s been over 24 hours since then and she hasn’t yet called me.

I stay in us and i was looking for us matches. I was appointed a consultant who works in indian shift, it does not match with us timings. When i ask the consultant for reply from the interested profiles. I only get "no response for the call". When i complained to the manager they said we have other consultant who works for both shift. When i asked manager why didn't you assign the consultant before when you i am in us. No proper response from her.

Now the new consultant is also not keeping up the promise. He is sending less profiles and profiles which are not my interests. I need to follow up with them each and every time to get profiles from them. I would rather prefer normal membership which is cheap. I also raised a request to manager to give me refund last week. She replied we cannot give. This is totally unfair and unethical.

We have paid 27000 for 3 months of VIP Shaadi Service. At the time of service we were informed by Mr. Ananth Iyer that they have profiles as per our request and they will share the information after thorough Due Diligence. However, when they assigned a Relationship Manager Charmine. She is a rookie with no understanding of the process. Till date she has shared 4 profiles without the last name of the boy, parents details, education and occupation details. What kind of service is this. If they do not have & share the basic information how can they claim it as VIP Service. We seek refund of the monies as the service provides is only for week. VIP Shaadi itself is fake and is run by non-professionals who do not respond to your mails and calls. I would request the appropriate authorities to look into this rocket and resolve. Regards Srinivas
