UAN correction not entertained

Hi, I am a former employee of Virtusa, Chennai. I worked there from Jan 2013 to Nov 2014. They created a Universal Account Number for my PF (without my Aadhaar) in 2014.
Now I need to get the details updated in Hyderabad Office and submit it to the PF Office there. I called up the Hyderabad Office no one is responding properly to my calls or emails.
My new employer wants the Aadhaar linked to my UAN without which I wont be given the job.

EPF not able to transfer since long time and Date of reliving showing incorrect.
I joined Virtusa on 16-Nov-2018 and I left Virtusa on 09-Sep-2020. In reliving letter Virtusa mentioned same dates. But in EPF site Virtusa given wrong LWD i.e., 14-Sep-2020. I joined Wipro on 10-Sep-2020, So I raised EPF transfer request, but from Virtusa nobody approved till now, neither they have any contact details to connect, nor they had given any email id. I fed up with this pathetic behavior. I did not get any response from Virtusa till now. I just want to transfer my EPF from Virtusa EPF account to my present EPF account. I just want to fix this issue ASAP.

Virtusa's fake interview process--It collects all our documents prior, after the first round & then tells that You are selected (even CTC is fixed on call) & due to fast process to work upon --collects all our documents.
After sending tells that there is one more client round. Then futher no contact at all with us, no picking of our calls, no offer letter. This incident happenned on[protected].

I have cleared all round on 14th september 2021and hr said they will release offer in two days but did not shared offer letter and not receiving call so they should have to clarify where is the issue so please take action against him they have taken my all documents and using my documents they can do any missuse.they are totally taking fake interview process and selecting then asking for document in that document has previous companies offer...

I got call from Virtusa HR, Bangalore on 26th Aug 2021. She interviewed me and provided an online Tableau Desktop Test which i didn't get cleared. So she conducted my interview with Operational Manager on 28th Aug 2021, just after 2 days after call.
While Interview was on Process with Operational Manager, he was hidden.

I have cleared all round and hr said they will release offer in two days but did not shared offer letter and not receiving call so they should have to clarify where is the issue so please take action against him they have taken my all documents and using my documents they can do any missuse.they are totally taking fake interview process and selecting then asking for document in that document has previous companies offer letter and relieving...

I have purchased a iphone xr on 14th of april 2019 with 5% poorvika cashback (Rs.2000) and 10% hdfc cash back in iyypanthangal showroom.
I was told by poorvika sales person that i will receive poorvika cashback in one month and hdfc cashback in 6 months.
I got poorvika cashback in one month but my hdfc cashback is not credited till date.
Later i approached hdfc bank customer care about my cashback and got the reply through email saying that cashback details will be mentioned in charge slip (From pos machine), but it was not mentioned in that slip.
So i went to iyyapanthangal showroom after 7 months of mobile purchase and told them about this issue. They confirmed that offer was there at the time of purchase and may be some technical issue.
They requested all my statement, purchase bill and charge slip.
I submitted everything and waited for one month.
No response from poorvika team. Later i went to iyyapathangal showroom and to check the status.
They said they are still checking that issue. So i started following up with them every week by visiting iyyapanthangal showroom.
Everytime when i go there they said some fake reasons and there was no improvement.
After a month of daily followup they agreed that it was their mistake they need to talk to your poorvika asm to resolve this issue.
So i waited for another one week and went there, shockingly all showroom staffs were changed from there including the manager.
So i contacted the new staffs there and new manager sathish said he is not aware of that issue and he asked me to provide all the proof which is starting all from scratch.
I followed up with him for more than 2 months and again there is no improvement.
I am really frustrated by his behavior and response for this issue and he is telling me every time that he is no way related to this issue.
I even contacted the poorvika customer care through support desk

Why poorvika staffs are so irresponsible and are they not concerned about customers problems?
I was told by poorvika sales person that i will receive poorvika cashback in one month and hdfc cashback in 6 months.
I got poorvika cashback in one month but my hdfc cashback is not credited till date.

Virtusa conducted interview on 7sep i have cleared all the rounds and hr told you have cleared all rounds and told me that will expect call from hr team by one or two days. There is no update from virtusa so far. If the profile is not suitable they can update immediately, it's waste of time for candidate and recruitment team.

fake hiring and interview process
I got call from lady named juhi parak on the month of may
She herself described as polaris hr and she said there is open vacancy for my profile
So, i was interviewed on 24th of may it was technical interview for around 1 hr later day i got call from her mentioning i have cleared the same and forwarding my profile for an approval
Now, when after contacting the same number i got to know that this is virtusa company and she is not attending my call at all
Also, i have sent number of mails to her asking status of the same she is not at all interested answering the same

I have applied for my passport on 19th June,2006 at Coimbatore.During that time all the passports will reach Chennai for various stages of processing.Till now there I have not received it.
On various enquiries the officials assure me that I will get it within 2 weeks.At times the officials dont provide correct information.Due to this I had lost many chances.Kindly help me out in this regard.
