Book 3 plots, after some time I cancelled my booking after as I found something fishy about this real estate company and applied for a refund since then there has been no response from a company...

Dealt with company for purchase of two plots on instalments paid all instalments regularly till 2013 but so far plots not yet handed over neither refunded money. Like me company has cheated thousands of customers. Need to take up this matter. Contacted their concerned employees but getting false commitments. Submitted all papers two times and vigorous follow up but not received....

Hello, This is very sad to express that, once I booked 1 plot of 33sqft x 33sqft with by amt. Rs. 35000/- in 2-3 installment with Vision-E-Mall Corporation on dt: 30.03.2014 (With Mrs. Vaibhavi, Mr. Sagar & Mr. Hemant - VMC Executives). But after booking we paid all payments and get only 2 payment receipts and Mr. Sagar said that they are providing pure payment receipt in july-2014. When we reached to their thane office, we noticed that their office were changed and shifted to ground floor from first floor. Where we got introduce with Mrs. Vishakha rane, she told that they are transferred to other branch, and noted all report complaint. And said that they will enquire about this and will help to clarify all. But days were gone they start ignoring and pushing date by dates, and later they said they left company and filed a FIR. We said thay please provide FIR to us so we follow the same but later on they were redirecting to other and said that please follow the same with their head office at Vardhaman Indl. Complex, 1st floor, Kahan Properties Thane-W - Mr. Pashilkar. We also provided all details to Mr. Pashilkar but after many of follo-ups and call no positive response.
