I am a student of vivekananda Global University, Jaipur lives in campus hostel which has a mess provided by the college and in the starting they provided good quality food but slowly they decreased the quality of food and sometimes they make food from the rotten vegetables and use worst quality of ingredients. Even chapatis are made from salty tap water. Also they provide milk which contains 90% water only. As soon as we enter the mess sometimes...

Respected Sir/Madam,
Even after 3 reminders and numerous telephonic conversations from my side, I am not getting any proper response from the HR department/ Registrar office. Registrar sir is even not picking my phone or responding me back on this matter.
I again request you to kindly update me on the status of the release of my security money deposited in 10 installments at the time of my joining here in Department of physics as an Assistant Professor (DOJ: 01/08/2013)
Sir/Madam, Its already more than 7 months since I was relieved from the above said post (DOR: 12/01/2018). Its very much annoying that there is no satisfactory reply to me. I am no more part of the institution and I think I should not suffer due to any technical/non-technical delay in working procedure of the university functioning.
I hope I will get quick and positive response this time.

Respected Madam,
It is very sad to mention here that I am not getting any response from the your side on the matter discussed in troll mail. Due to that I decided to come here at VGU and talk to you, registrar sir and CF&AO sir regarding this same.
As the keys of the almirah(s) were not available with you, you told me that this matter will be discussed next working day. I also discussed regarding this with Registrar Sir and CF&AO sir. I was assured by them that the matter is now clear and my security money will be released by this Wednesday (i.e. 21/06/2018). Today is 22/06/2018. I am still not getting any reply either by you or Nirmala Mam.
Hope this time I will have a positive hearing from your side. Its already more than 6 months span and a quick positive reply is now anticipated.

Dear Mam,
As per our telephonic discussion, I would like to state that I have served here at VGU as Assistant Professor in Department of Physics from 01.08.203 to 12.01.2018.
My security deposit equal to salary of one month is still not released by the VGU. At the time of relieving, I was told by respected CF&AO sir (Onkar Sir) that this money is released between 3 to 4 months after the relieving.
For your reference, I would like to state here that I put my one month notice at the time of resignation and I was relieved with the recommendation of HOD sir.
Please pursue the matter and revert back ASAP.
