I am afeef, i have applied for canadian work visa with vizinfinity chennai on 19 january 2019. I have submitted all my documents. They have promised me they will complete the process within 6 months. Even after waiting more than 7 months they just verified documents. So i asked them to cancel the process process on 13th september and refund amount asper agreement to which they agreed * (If they cannot complete process within 6 months i can request refund)
As per agreement they must refund amount within 60 days
Now it's more than 100 days
They did not refund my money, i kindly request here to considee this complaint. Thank you

Iam Mohammed Thameem i have applied for canadian work visa with vizinfinity in chennai on 13 july 2019.i have submitted all the documents as per their requirment .they said that your process will take 6months to complete.but it has gone to to nearly by 1year .so i asked the team to cancel the process and refund the amount as per the agreement now there is no proper response with your team and see we are also getting money by doing something easily we cannot get money so please understand my crusial situatuion i request you to refund the money
