Rs. 49 charged from my phone without even my prior knowledge. The message is "Thank you for using access to tambola. You have been charged Rs. 49. Your balance is 23.07." Though I haven't applied for any such service. This is simply looting of the customer....

An amount of Rs 22/- has been deducted from the main balance of my account. When I checked my Message Inbox, I noticed that I have received an SMS from VZ-ViCMS regarding the download of FUN PORTAL from CARBUN8. PLease note that I have not downloaded any application from the said page or website.
I spoke to the Customer Care executive, but they were telling that this was a third party application and not the problem of Idea. In spite...
