I had sony ericsson Handset model no W595 which is under warranty period, since i had problem with my handset where in i am unable to hear the dialled number or receiving calls, when i checked with sony centre Malleswaram, they wanted to charge me because my battery has turned Red. the reason they say may be water must have gone inside. I bought a sony ericsson w595 1 month back some how its body (steel cotted place) get cracked and now i want to replace it but i contacted your customer care and they told me that pannel is not available with them as it is not provided by company.So could you plesase help me in this matter like from where i can get that....
