Dryer motor of Washing Machine

I have changed dryer motor machine of washing Machine from your person in January 2021 with 3 month warranty.
yesterday again dryer was not working and call your person about this and came person to check them.
After check he said repair motor in your dryer not original and again call your first person about this and he said they have change original but not fit/damaged after that they have changed repaid motor.
but why not told me during fitting and take full payment of new motor. this is totally cheating with customer. and i am disapponting with urben clab service.
Kindly look into this issue so that not happened with other person,

washing machine issue with pcb
Hello all,
My whirlpool washing machine stopped working and i called whirlpool customer care. Technician came and told that pcb will be replaced. It's total cost is 3850. I told him that i want pcb to be repaired instead of replaced and service center said big no for this. I don't want to pay the services charges as i need to pay 3850 for pcb. Pathetic services of whirlpool. I am not going to suggest whirlpool products to anyone. My complaint number is gb[protected]

Hello myself sachin joshi i am customer of ifb (Product - top load washing machine) & as of now 2 months back my machine facing problem of p5 error. I am continuously in touch with our local area ifb service center (Raj service center satara) but no any support in the sense not repaired yet. I register complaint in ifb toll free service center (Complaint no [protected]) on 7th july 2017 but not yet get repaired. Team came continuously in my home but not repaired. They are repeatedly came at my home for the same bu not resolved.
Machine occurred p5 error & not rectify by ifb team.
2 months we are facing same problem & not get yet repaired so its or humble request please get replace this machine with new one.
I am not interested for any further repair because we already west 2 months time.

when i tried to withdraw Rs10, 000 from my a/c [protected] on 8th september around 07.14 pm from the sbi atm rai sonepat (biswamill ) at the time atm machine switched off so that i could not recievd any money nor any reciept from the atm .
but when i checked the balance from the other atm after an hour the balance was deducted from my a/c.[protected]
sir i have already given the complain to the uco naval base and also uco bank jakhauli sonepat but till now no any reply come not the money .
so iam requesting you to take necessary action

I made caomplaint on 14th feb 2016 and person attended on 16th feb and charge Rs 401 as visit charge .
I was told this 401 amount will be deducted repair invoice if we call them within a month.

I purchased a koreo washing machine 16 months ago from Big bazaar showroom situated in Allahabad..And it stopped working after 2 months..I filled a complaint in the outlet.They said that it wil be done in 48 hours.Their engineer came and looked in the machine..

Washing Machine — WORST SERVICE
I had a problem with my washing machine and i called for service. They attended the problem by replacing the water tub, after that the machine was not working, again it was attended, again the machine was leaking and again it was also attended, again the drier was not working, i am making complaint from 25/05/2008 nobody attended the problem and there was no response.Today morning i called whirlpool call centre, they gave me service centre number, i made a call to that mobile number and there was also no response till now.
Kindly look into it do the needful.

Bought a lot of things there and teh service was very very bad!!! Delivery was late, istallation of the products even later, the people at the service-phone did not even take my phone-calls anymore (just did not pick up the phones when they saw my number). Machine was not working since 10days. A service person visited once, and replace some parts and put the scaling powder and showed that the machine is working and got the signature for satisfactory service. but, when the clothes are loaded machine is not rotating and it only gives buzzz sound. No one responded since one week. The persons at the customer counter gives some more numbers to speek but none are responding, It is only a waste of mobile currencey.
Initially, the Machine is good, but the after sales service and AMC services of IFB is too bad and I am decide not to purchase any of the materials branded by IFB.

Washing Machine — Delivery status
Hi,This is Dipika Majumder. I am a senior citizen.
Two weeks before I got a call from your company that my name was chosen by a lucky draw and I got some discount in consumer products. Your representative Mr. Somnath Mukherjee came to my house and we agreed to exchange with my old washing machine with a new model of your company along with Rs. 6500.00/-. (I have the document where he wrote everything about the price). I told him to confirm after two days to discuss with my son, who resides outside Kolkata. After two days when I called him he said the price will be Rs. 7150.00, and then I told him to cancel it.
After that he repeatedly calls me and said that it was a mistake and gives him a one more chance. I considered and book it on last Friday (29th April) with Rs 500/- and he told me he will deliver the goods on Sunday (1st May 2011). But today when I called him to know about the delivery he told it is not possible today; I will get it on Thursday. He also told if I have any hurry then he can come and repay the amount and cancel the whole order. He was very rude, I want his office number then he denied giving it.
As a customer and senior citizen I just want a justice against this. I was really disturbed with repeated calls from that person and decide to exchange it. Otherwise, my old machine was in good condition but it is 10 years old. It was a product of National and not a single day it gave trouble to me.
I need your help as soon as possible.

Washing Machine — No response
I too facing the same problem. I bought Videocon Washing Machine in last Sept 10, its drain knob not working. We logged the complaint on 5 April 2011 but till today, i.e.7th May 11 they have not resolved the problem. Always say that the spares are not available.The technician has tied a wire to pullout the water from WM. Looks bad.
I feel that if spares are not available then why do they manufacture such products. They have sold us the outdated product.
Such worst service support, I have never faced.
Even after months of followups, no feedback / response yet.

I, the Complainant as above, have the honour to lodge the following complaint against the Opp parties as under for favour of seeking justice in the matter please:
(1) that I purchased one Samsung Washing Machine bearing TIN No. 00465 . WM-WT9207AG/XTL for Rs: 8,400/- manufactured by OP no. 2 above, from their authorized dealers, OP no. 1, on 2nd May 2010, vide later’s invoice no. SS 12253 Dated 2.5.2010.
(2) that the above said washing machine carried a warranty for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase .
(3) that after working only for a month, the dryer of the above said machine stopped working and the complaint was lodged with OP no. 1 in the month of July/2010. The complaint was attended to .
(4) that again the above said machine went on suffering with the same defect again and again and I lodged complaint with OP no. 2 on 25th Nov 2010 and 18th March 2011. Against the complaint of 25 Nov., the Engineer of OPs rectified the same with tqxkj but even after carrying out the so called rectification / tqxkj , the defect could not be removed and against complaint of 18th March 2011, their Engineer did not attend the machine but expressed his inability to permanently remove its defect which in his opinion was either a major one or manufacturing defect.
(6) that inspite of carrying out rectifications by the manufacturers, they all have failed to rectify the above said machine and it is lying idle with me for the last long causing me mental agony and suffering of my work .
(7) that it is also worth mentioning here that inspite of requests by my client for giving me the registration No. of my complaint , OP no. 1 never complied with and studiously did not provide me with the same and the warrantee period was running out. .
(8) that all the Engineers of the OPs failed to rectify the above defect . Continuation of the same defect in the above said machine i.e. “ Dryer not functioning “ , inspite of several attempts of repairs by the OPs, clearly reflects that the said machine bears the manufacturing defect which is beyond the scope of rectification by the engineers of the manufacturers themselves. The machine is still lying idle with me beause of the above defect.
(9) Since the authorized dealers of the above said machine is established in Jwalapur (Haridwar) and the complainant also being resident of the same place, the above complaint falls within the jurisdiction of this hon’ble court to decide the case.
(10) that cause of action in the above arose on 18th March 2011 when the Engineers of the Manufacturers expressed their inability and then did not turn up to rectify their own product.
The Prayer

It is therefore prayed that the OPs may kindly be directed to
either replace the above said machine with a proper working
and defect free washing machine with renewed warranty period
OR
refund the cost of the machine with interest thereon at the present
prevailing rates and a reasonable compensation as deemed appropriate by this Hon’be Forum for the mental troubles as
suffered by me during the above long period.

i have logged complain with IFB customer care[protected] as on 6th September as per them complain shall resolve in 24 hrs TAT but till date no resolution has been provided. I have purchase a Washing Machine from Vijay Sales Thane Branch. I was told that after the down payment only 8 instalments will be deducted but now they are still deducting the money from my bank a/c. upon checking on website it is shown that 13 installments will be deducted. Why so?? this is clearly cheating and fraud. I need someone to clarify this immediately. I have also purchased a Microwave oven from the same place and I am afarid this fraud will continue. Poor quality of customer care

Hi,
This is to inform you that your customer service has become porr to Worse.
I have logged a complaint on 26 March'10 (No.LUC[protected]) and same complaint was again logged on 29 March'10(LUC[protected]).Mobile no. from which complaint was logged in was [protected].
Till date I have got no response.No engineer has visited or called us for service.
When called to Customer care Mr. Vimal,He refused to transfer my call to his floor manager or to a authorise person.The same happed today by Mr.Sushil he said I am transferring your call to my senior and put my call to hold and for 10 min continously my call was put on hold and then it was disconnected.
I fail to understand why a senior person do not want to talk .Sitting in such a customer oriented envoirment this is a kind of service Electrolux people are giving.
Customer service people are not ready to talk to customers......
Also to inform you this kind of treatment is totally not acceptable..I want my washing machine to be repaired immediately ...
Also I do not hope of getting any response from this mail...
I would be please of any senior person can speak to me and get the issue resolved .My mobile no. is mentioned below.

I am daily going to angul station to get my washing machine, but they are not able to tell even the status of my washing machine. Regards There,
Please refer to my given below mail conversion with LG Officials regarding Leakage of Heavy Electric shock from their newly purchased washing machine.
I have to admit my wife for first aid in Hospital due to Heavy Electric shock from their newly purchased washing machine and same was informed to LG officials. They becomes agree to replace my present Model as the compassion of my medical expenses of first aid of my wife, during my telephonic conversions at the time of complain but now going back from their words.
Now I want to put-up this case in consumer forum and want refund of my all medical expenses. Kindly advice the procedure for the same.

1-Is this the quality standard of Lg??

7-Should I laudge FIR for the same??????

My complains no is [protected]. at 11.12.08 I complains customer care for my washing m/c dryer have few problem. At 13.12.08 service engineer visit our home phone no [protected]. he change our Motor and oil sill. That time we try to stop him for changing the motor. That time he informs us that after two days he remove the motor and re feet our old motor. But after then he inform us that at present it can’t possible.
So I inform your organization. Pls take bake your new motor and re feet my old motor. And return my amount, because till I can’t use my washing machine, .because new motor can’t run properly. It’s a over size motor.

washing machine - — not getting warranty card
hii have purchased a washing machine on sunday - 21st march 2010. they sold me the display piece and they said they will diliver the item on monday . on tuesday - 23rd March , some member visit my home in order to show the demo. but they behave very rude to my family member- while asking for warranty card-
they said we will not give you the warranty card. shouted like any thing.
please take action on this issue other wise i need to escalate this issue to some other extend.

I had lodged a complaint of my washing machine on 13.10.2008 vide complaint No.[protected] for drier. But no body turned up for 4 days whereas I was told that my complaint would be attended within 24 hrs. When I enquired on 18.10.2008 regarding my complaint, I was told by one of your executive that my house was not traceable that is why my complaint was not attended. Does not it sound so funny? We are staying in New Delhi, the capital of India and Chittaranjan Park is a very famous place. The full address with landmark is with them. Now again they have given another complaint No. [protected] dated 18.10.2008.
Haier company is not a small comapny and it should be friendly user not to harass the customer. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
