Wave City Ghaziabad Complaints & Reviews

In wave city, many builders are constructing illegal buildings. They are covering the entire 100% of the plot through the walls. They are not following any GDA rules and regulations. When you purchase a flat please check the surroundings your flat nearby should not be any plot vacant. Later on, that builder will cover the entire plot through walls and your balcony will be blocked from the backside. I am facing the same issue, The backside of flat no 1289, sector 2, the entire backside balcony is covered by the builder. Now, no air ventilation, and dark on the backside. I complained many times to wave city officers but no one is taking any action.

Hi i am book flat in 2019 as per builder i will get my possession in next 6 month but still not received. even not any update.

Dear Sir/ Ma'am,
I have booked a ready to move flat in wave city Executive floor which is located on nh-24 in Feb 2021after giving the 10% amount through cheque no (000009) as per the wave city procedure then they assure me first that its a ready to move flat and tell me all work is done and you will get your flat in next 15 days which is 10 mar 2021.but they were fail on his promise.After so many follow ups and calls they just give me fake promises that you will get your flat next 2 weeks or 3 weeks but till now I am not getting any positive response from your side .So now i am totally fed up with the wave city services and i want my money back and now i am not in the situation to purchase the same as i am staying in rented property for the last 3 month and feeling harass and cheated.and its traumatic to take your own paid receipts copy from the customer unsupportive staff ... bad impression of a high image proclaimed builder ... need to look at customer pain areas - only then smart city will really be smart !!
