Not refunding money, no mail no calls from them

I got a call from Mr. Shah My Receipt No. WS310233 dated 01/11/2013 for Rs. 30, 000/- I have paid money to well grow stocks. They told within one month means 1st December 2013 they will refund 54000. But now it is more 8 months. They are not picking up my call not replying to my mails.
Please guide me what I can do in this regard to get back my money from this fradulent peoples

Hello all, I invested Rs. 20, 000.00 under their money back policy in 3rd October-2013, which they promised to return with a profit of Rs. 15, 000.00 i.e. total Rs. 35000.
