Dear Roy Surajit,

I want to congratulate you on your appointment. I wish to inform you that we have gone through your resume and signed contract Agreement, we are satisfied working with you.

However, according to your resume, your work experiences are quite impressive. And now your eligibility to work in our company has been confirmed in the office by the Company's Management. So, you are expected to get all your travel documents ready with you through the assistance of the instructed US Immigration Attaché who is working with US High Commission in Mumbai India. You can bring your family along but not more than 6 members will be allowed.

Note: That the entire traveling documents and formalities required by you should be obtained from the US High Commission in your Country, according to the US Immigration Service. Your file will be opened through the office of the US Attaché in the US Embassy on your behalf to fasten up your visa process as soon as you meet the Embassy demand by registering with them.

We have agreed that all the cost of the visa should be paid by you, which is in accordance to the Contract Agreement Letter. Moreover, the Company Management shall send your Flight Ticket when your visa is ready and the housing accommodation has been provided to you. Although, the cost of visa expenses encored on the cause of procuring your papers shall be reimbursed within a couple of days of your arrival in the company. In line with the Company policy on international applicants. You are expected to give us progress update on your visa processing between now and 3 days after receiving this appointment letter.

This Appointment letter MAYBE revoked if you are unable to secure your travelling documents and Visa before the date you are expected to resume duty. Attached to this mail is your Appointment Letter.

You will be given a 2-weeks familiarization course on your arrival here before you proceed with your appointment. Work guidelines’ will also be provided.

Taxes will be paid by us. Your monthly starting salary is $9, 500 dollars and your first increase will be from 6 months of resuming your duty. Award is available for those who show extra concern for their duty.

I'm in receipt of your mail with the attached filled application form and answered interview questions that were sent to you.

I gladly inform you of your good performance in the interview as we also appreciate your interest and willingness to work in our company. We have gone through your profile and your qualifications have made us consider offering you the position of ELECTRICAL ENGINEER because of your resume, but this position becomes official when the management has concluded. This will be coming up after you agree with the terms and conditions of this company by signing this contract with us.

However, if you accept the terms and conditions attached to this mail is the Contract Agreement Letter, which you are to print, sign and return to us immediately for other official protocols. You must know that we have a few weeks of enrollment in our company with all the legal formalities being completed including the Visa and Ticket processing period. Your readiness with the Visa Fee will enable the US Attaché and US Visa Officials to facilitate the immediate processing of your visa application forms and other traveling documents without any delay. We have changed our system of employing foreigners as this is due to the fact that they derail or cancel their trip after we have sponsored them. We then came up with a solution that all foreigners from Asia zone pay for their visa fee why we reimburse them when they resume their duty because we cannot ascertain if the staff will actually show up after we have sponsored their visa. We have run a loss following issues like this and the administrators will not like that to repeat it again.

Finally, the Company shall open an international account for you on the account that you migrated from there to here on H1 B VISA and your salary is payable at regular payroll period by cheque.

If you agree with the employment schedules, then you are ready to relocate and work with us, print out this contract agreement, on the first page there is a blank space which you are to give a brief description of yourself and personality and then sign on the last (6th) page after reading then send it back to us for office use. Nevertheless, haven read and accepted the norms and ethics of this Company/Contract Agreement; you are requested to send a scan copy of your certificates as proof of educational qualification alongside with acceptance of this contract for proper documentation. Your certificates will help us to prepare the documents that will be sent to the Embassy in your Country for your visa application forms to be processed.

I have received an email with an offer letter for the position of Operations Management under Whiting-Turner organization.

I am not sure about how things are processed and want to check the authenticity, hence the complaint
