Sir is company ne mere sath pure 42010 rs ka fraud kiya hai. Muze legal case karne ki dhamki di. Aur maine pure paise bhar diye unke account me. Sir kya ye sab fraud hai. Maine sir loan lekar company ko paise pure bhar diye. Ab main kya karu muze kuch bhi samaj me nahi aa raha. Muze is company ne muze puri jankar nahi di thi. Please help me....

I did the online data entry job from home with Wifinity Corporation company on 12 November 2017. One of the correspondent named Aarohi Mehta of that organisation called me and asked for details such as to give identity proof as Aadhaar Card and they gave the contract on stamp paper stating that if I complete the work in 12 days by completing 1200 forms (and at least 91.66% accuracy required) they will pay me the stated amount...

I came into contact with this company through click india jobs. I applied for the job and received a call. They told me to type 10000 captcha in 10 days with an accuracy of 9000 captcha. If i was not able to complete my accuracy penalty would be charged. I assured that if i wasn't even able to complete the target then would there be any penalty? They denied on this point and said penalty would only be charged if accuracy is not achieved....

Please help me... Muje aj call aya tha es company ke legal advisor ka ki apne work complete ni kiya h to apko penalty dena.. Jabki maine executive person ko agle hi din call krk es job ko karne se mana kar diya tha or unhone jo agreement ki hardcopy bheji thi vo return kar diya tha.. Lekin aj karib ak mahine bad call aaya ki apko penalty deni h eske regarding.. But maine bola ki jo krna h kar lo mai penalty nahi dunga... Vo muje court ki...

The company cheated me and had taken unnecessary amount from me for which i am not liable. They had taken 5300 from me and said that if i could not pay the amount so they will case on me. Please help i am stuck in this situation. They abuse me also.
