I have made an Order #[protected] of Rs1248 paid the entire amount but order partially received & no response from any support team neither on the number. refund the entire amount.

I was order one product for my wedding anniversary .it was Purchased on: May 02, 202. they will offer to me Delivery on: May 05, 2021but still my order i'm not recived. they are cheating me now because i can't cancel .please help me....

It was a ridicules experience of mine while ordering a Cake from Winni called company like you, I thought that I’ll receive something nice & tasty and far from my local bakery, and the expectation were reached to an authentic Cake while seeing Catalog,
But at the end I received a general cake from local nearby shop which doesn’t worth than 250/- and this Winni cake delivers charged me 900/- for the same!

I order flower on order no [protected] on winni but they had not delivered on the said date they keep on saying that it will be delivered next day, like this they spent 4 days not when i ask them to cancel the order as occasion is finished then cancellation status is not share up by team after doing so many follow up.
Its my request to get me refund of rs 1346...
