We have been told that planet spark will refund money on pro-rata basis. So i have paid 1500$ + for my kid's classes. when my kid got busy in his school works and cant spend any time on planet spark, we asked for refund. I have never got any related reply. I tried to reach Ashwani from planet spark, instead of resolving issue Ashwani responded in rude way.

I applied for teaching in a school.So they call me and they tell me for one time pay 250 rupees by online transaction for form fillup.I pay 250 rupees.They told me no money will not demand from company in future .now they call me and tell me for pay 1250 rupees by online transaction for joining.But I am not pay this.I want refund my 250 rupees from this cheater and please take a legal step and confirm if they could not fraud with any human beings.please help me
