I got an email regarding few questions and clarification about my profile but the link is not working.

In background verification After clicking imbark link it showing like Sorry, your login access has been restricted. Its been 5 month I'm facing the issue please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I got selected for WILP program and They've asked me to upload my documents for verification process. But whenever I click on fill more profile details button on background verification, It shows an error message of page not found and Tomorrow is the last date of submission.
What should I do now?
