Worst Construction In Madurai Complaints & Reviews

Hi Bought a house at JayaBHARATh Oscar City, The manager, called Karthik is working over there, He is a ###, He never respond to you politely, Initially they promised me to deliver the house by 18th Sep, Now they have delayed it to 15th November, When I went and asked them, They are telling it might get delayed for 3 more days . When I asked for some compensation, They were telling some nonsense stories like, During the pandemic, They got around 8 crore rupees from CUSTOMERs for house booking for 1 year without registration, They haven't paid a single penny as an interest to them . It's their company policy it seems that they don't pay any compensation to their CUSTOMERs . At least polite words ?!! . That's also not there, Pooor CUSTOMER service, Don't book anything there, It's waste of money and time

Anybody is thinking of buying House with Jayabharath Homes Madurai. Think 100 times before you buy as this builder is worst in Madurai.
Owner Name is Jayakumar Kumar.
They will never complete project and hand over.
They will start jumping to another Project before completion of existing.
There is no one Responsible to talk.
He is dont know Construction..
