fake,no information to unregister

i registered in netjobs4all and did not get any form from them to fill and earn money,no information is given about how to unregister,i am affraid of getting of misuse of my mobile number and information i given them,please do something...

not reciveing any forms

Dear Sir!

not a genuine program

i became a member of this site one week back but i haven't received any forms as yet. they are just sending me advertisements of other online money making jobs on my e-mail and mobile number. so please be aware of such consequences....
