Wynk Music Complaints & Reviews

I subscribed for yearly premium plan of wynk music in december itself and today onwards it is showing please subscribe or upgrade.. I have already paid 299 rs for yearly plan but now they are not even showing the bill that i paid of 299 now.. How to proove them now.. This happened with me earlier with one month plan too.. But when i have already paid for yearly plan how come this can happen. Even tried to contact wynk music but as usual they din't even hear my complain.. Responding is far away from that

I subscribed to wynk music in december 2020. Paid the fee to buy 12 months subscription of wynk premium. Yet they have deactivated my subscription yesterday (12 feb 2021) out of no reason. This is annoying. They have not shared any details. I have tried to connect with them through their help/support chat system. But i have no received any reply yet.
