Hi sir/madam,
I have booked xs real centra project flat no b108 based on rera approval tn/01/building/0050/2017.
Before booking they committed to mention car parking number in construction agreement.
After withdraw my 1lakhs amount on dec 06th they simply say we cannot do that.
Meanwhile identified they are having only 12 car parks approval as per cmda plan permit no:865/2017-18...

This is give a friendly warning to anyone who is planning to buy apartment from XS Real...Please visit XS Real's Fair Square Amity before planning for any apartment purchase from XS Real. The apartment's construction is not up to mark and the builder has not provided even the basic things like sustainable water sources. XS Real has also not helped in forming an association and the customer service is pathetic....
