I booked one plot of 300 sq yars in june, 2007 in proposed township by yaduvanshi developers in pawta, kot putli-nh 8 jaipur highway which was booked in my name.

Self has paid total amount of Rs.72,000.00 as against installments of the plot nos.233 & 234 to Yaaduvanshi Developers Pvt Ltd.Mr Dharmender Yadav is MD and their official address is B53,SECOND FLOOR,SECTOR 65,NOIDA,UP.But the scheme was suddenly closed and when I applied for refund ,agency not giving me the refund.Always they extend time for 3-4 months but I feel that theier intentions are not to refund.
