Hi, Recently we bought a new package from YuppTv and we were promised zee Channels with the package. Although we received the zee channels we dont get the Catchup TV for zee channel. We tried calling and explaining our situation many times and every time we got an answer it would be started in a week but neither did it start nor we got any more response. Now they have even stopped responding to emails.

Yupptv people is making autodebit payments from the customers. dont share the bank details to them. i took one yr subscription. After completion of subcription, it will go to monthly subscription automatically and the money will be auto debited from bank account. When i raise the issue, they said it is a company terms & conditions. i am really surprised that even the GOVT institutions will interrupt the services if the customer did not turn...
