However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

I use DD Direct at my home. There are very few private channels on this platform. The private channel shown are ZEE SMILE, STAR UTSAV.
This channels show programs which are already shown on their other channels.
zee smile aires SA RE GA MA PA and other prograpms which were telecasted way back in[protected], ON TOP OF THIS they also say that the phone lines to vote on this show is open and flashes the...
