I got a job in duty free store at mumbai airport. The process took a little time however my job was done. People find it easy to criticize other's work but never understand the efforts behind it.
I am satisfied and thought that i should inform you all for the same.
Getting a job in call centers and getting a job at airport are 2 different things, people should co-operate to help themselves.

It took little bit time for me, but my work was done, excellent training provided interviews types of interviews how to tackle the questions and suggested answer everything is explained in a proper way.
I referred my friends also they are also working now bcoz of Zill Management Consultants.
All in all everything's proper and on place.

This is kunal gajara and my few friends do not agree with the comments here must be some sort of competitor for zill management has posted a negative review.
I am working in duty free store at mumbai airport from last 6 months with zill managements reference. They trained me twice along with my friends to make sure we are aware of the details totally.
We all are happy and we will recommend many many friends!

After think too much i dicide to make an complaint against this consultant. I also one them who suffered from this trouble.
I was a job seeker and i applied my cv on quicker. And got called from this consultant a lady whose name is sukanti talk with me. She said there are some job belongs your profile in ur near by location. And told me to come in zill management with 100 rs registration charges. Its enough for me to pay and she also told me that they only taken this charges not anything extra. So i agree with this and go there next morning. Afer i entered this office which located at mira road a lady receptionist immediately ask me to pay 100 rs. Never thinking much i paid this money. Then they take my interview, ask me for which profile i had come. I said for back office. Bt he suggest me to apply for airport, and tell me about the benefits he told me u can get 3 off in week. (I was excited)
Then he come on his deserts and told me to pay 2000 rs as an security deposit which will refundable after taken first sallery. I afraid that time and ask him shouldn't i pay it after my first sallary bt he denied me and said dont be afraid there are so many people who apply here and gotten job so i said i dnt have enough money right now so he said me u have to pay something that will good for your interview, if i pay it now (Somthing) they will put my name for tomorrow interview. So i pay them 500 rs with free hand just becouse the guy who took my interview was a marathi. I believed him. So he told me we will call you in evining for tomorrow plan. (Yup someone called me for next day interview)
Next day i go there for training, i saw some new faces who also came for training, whi also paid 2000 rs, when i entered this office again the lady who receptionist suddenly told me to pay remaining amount. Still i was afraid about this money, this was my first experience to pay any amount for job. Bt i saw these people who also paid
On this day after so much waiting a person told us about trainer will not come today so u guys come tomorrow sharp 10 am.
So i go there next morning and training was begin before i come. I attend this training where a guy train us about personality development (I can also find this on google) it all he train us was an showbaaji. He explained us how to interview. Vagaira vagaira... That was not much important because he never even a word about our job. After it finished they told us to go home you will get a call from companies (Unknown company) the round for telephonic interview. Then everyone go to home.
Everyone got call from same number i also got a same call. A person who asked me some questions and said you are selected and come tomorrow for joining with 15000 rs. Wtf i shocked very high. They wanting more money. Why they didn't even told us about that. What types of fraudness is this. I called them who also applied for this like me they also said that zill management consultant fraud us...
I also call to zill management consultant and someone told me that even they dont know who call us and demand us pay you money.. Why we cant demand our refund 2000 rs. Isnt any right us to demand it. It was big amount for us as a middle class family
