Byju's — 7 inch tab / service

Byju's executive vijesh visited our house and took 4 hours class. We took their product from class 5th to 12th for rs. 95, 000/-. He told us the amount after consulting his boss over phone 3-4 times. He canvassed that they will be supplying a 10 inch tab, the model of which he has brought along with him. Instead they've supplied only a 7 inch tab. Now they are telling 10inch tab is costlier and we have to pay extra money. While contacted over phone several times, their response is very poor.
