[Resolved]  Byju's — I cancelled my ias English course and refund money of 7k as well as cancel my loan application reference [protected]

On 15th nov 2023 already I cancelled ur course of ias English all things I had done through email and also I called to ur helpline no[protected] from this ur team provided to me with case I'd 2031271 again I mentioned this case I'd and emailed to your [protected]@byjus.com after that on next day ur team had called to me from this no [protected] on 17 nov 2023 for cancellation and refund of money and cancelling my loan application approval also he asked also my bank details for refunding but today from ur team other no has called to me for giving status of loan emi and so on.would u please confirm my order has been cancelled or not if not plzz cancel it immediately as soon as and let not cut my money form my account otherwise I will raise a complaint in consumer court about this when u will not responding immediately to me my registration no on byjus is [protected]. I attached also ur team employment I'd and mentor details so plzzzz refer immediately.
