Complaint marked as Resolved I have been trying to connect with your cancellation department from last 10 months to cancel my course. But still there is no response from your cancellation team. Everytime they told me that you will get a call back from the cancellation team within 2 hrs, 24 hrs, 72 hrs but I never get a single call from your cancellation team. I can't understand what I am supposed to do. I tried over call, email everything to connect your cancellation team but no response.
When I call your customer care number, some of your agents tell me that your loan is cancelled, some of told that you have not apply for cancel so we can't cancel it, some of told me that on our system it shows that you applied for cancellation on december all the previous data have been vanished.
I want a loan for my family but in my bank account it is showing that one loan is pending, so they can't allow me for another one. My civil is also going down.
Please I am begging you to consider my request on priority and help me needful.

I am writing to express my concern and seek immediate resolution regarding an unauthorized personal loan that has been activated on my father’s bank account.
My name is Ashutosh, and I had enrolled in your IAS course in September 2022. As per your policy, I made a down payment of INR 5, 000 and received the course materials, including 13 books and a tablet. However, after reviewing the course, I decided to return all materials within 7 days, well within the 15-day satisfaction guarantee period. The refund of INR 5, 000 was promptly processed and credited to my account within 10 days.
Since then, I have been preoccupied with my college commitments and did not notice any discrepancies until last month when I discovered that a personal loan by Byju’s was active on my father’s bank account. This loan has been deducting INR 6, 500 every month without my knowledge or consent.
I would like to highlight that at no point was I informed about this loan activation, nor does it align with your policy of canceling the course and issuing a full refund upon return of the materials. The lack of communication and transparency in this matter is highly concerning.
I have attempted to resolve this issue through your support team for over a month now but have not received adequate assistance or information.
Please consider this email as a formal request to immediately stop the deductions from my bank account and process a full refund for the unauthorized loan amount that has been collected thus far. If this matter is not addressed within the next 3 days, I will be compelled to escalate the issue to the Consumer Court for resolution.
I trust that Byju’s values its customers and will take prompt action to rectify this situation. Your immediate attention to this matter is highly appreciated.
