cheating , fake promising and misleading.

Byjus's counselor mr. Raunak raman had came to my home to convince us about the program. I was not convinced as i could not understand the idea of online learning for 12 yrs old without my help. I mean, how can that be possible but he ensure that the study material is very good and easy to understand and the mentors will keep a track of her progress and will call her to help and, i can cancel it at any point if it is not good enough so, registered...

I am writing on this platform after complaining on byju's helpline number and through emails to byju's support. Byju's did not respond to any email and their customer care executive said they have no idea how my complaint will be resolved.

On 16th september, 2019, byju's representative mr. Nishant nigam, employee id 21819930, came to our home for counselling. His tab was not working so he took test of my son on his mobile...

fraud company

There is no such so called customer service center... Every time they ansered same thing... Our team will contect u within 2 hrs... Totaaly frand company... Without my any sign they aply loan for 22500 for me... And now assk me to pay smae to loan department...

I already cancel my order within just 2 day after order... And write all mail to cancel the product and cancel my loan... They cancel my order but still i received my...

fraud loan

I already cancel my order within just 2 day after order... and write all mail to cancel the product and cancel my loan... they cancel my order but still i received my pending loan amt😡😡😡 plz resolve it ...its called totally fraud... shame on big brand name

byju education counsellor came to our house. He convinced us to purchase course material of std 8 to 10th for my younger child. Free for another child who is studying...

tab not charging

I bought the app recently, for my son who is going to 7th standard. Now there is an issue with the lenovo tab as it turns off on its own. This happens even when the battery charge is at 15%. Once we spoke to their customer care and they told us how to fix it. It was working fine for some days. But it has started again. The tablet works fine for 1-2 hours after that it turns off and then he has to charge the tablet in order to use it. We tried...

I bought byjus app. I tried a lot of times, but the tab would not switch on. Initially i thought this was because of low/zero battery charge. I charged the tablet overnight and tried switching it on, the next day. Even then it would not switch on. I spoke to one of the senior managers and asked for refund. tablet repair

The counselor (Raj sir) who sold us the product informed us that if we have any tech issue it would be resolved really quickly and for free of cost.
It has been 8 months now and nobody has given a proper response regarding the repair of the tech issue. The response goes like this:
1. You call them.
2. They call you back and you explain the problem.
3. They inform your mentor.

pin validation

I was learning with byjus on my tablet for the past few days but today when i changed certain settings i was asked to give the application a verification code of class 9-10 icse but i couldn't because i don't knew that.
Therefore solve this problem and give this code to me so that i can continue with my course. Please handle as soon as possible. You are kindly requested to solve this problem....

request for cancelation of byju registration

I have been constantly requesting the cancelation of registration for byju but mr. Manpreet who was dealing with us constantly misguided us expired the 15 day limit. I have the whatsapp communication record with me. Team byju has constant luring us for discounts but after laps of 15days trial period they have denied the cancelation

This kind of dealing was not expected from such a big company.

sd card not working

Have purchased for my daughter a students kit for 8th standard
Since then it never worked. When i tried their consumer service they told with sony experia z1 it wont work. Then i changed my handset to htc 816. Then they told it wont work with it also. They suggested me to have a samsung tab and i have purchased tab 4.

Still video was not loading, i complained and they promised to fix it and registered a complaint ticket....

software problem

Sir,
Myself vamsi krishna a byju's user preparing for jee mains and advanced. My tab stopped working today so i tried to repair it and in that process i rebooted the software. So i lost all my memory and all apps. Later i installed the byju's app from sd card. The app is asking for a pin for activating the app. I checked the whole box given to me but i can't find the password. So can you please help me....

It was communicated to me that due to the mistake of the company for sending wrong sd cards, i would be given back the cost for sending the courier and i was asked to send the bill within the parcel. I had taken up byjus classes for grade 8, 9 and 10. Now i am not able to access the grade 10 videos. No help available online and offline. How to proceed?

Its the most crucial part of the course. We have shelled in so much of money on this believing the firm! Its so unfair from the company's side that we are not given any kind of help and have abruptly shut down.
Either refund my amount or activate the classes.

    My daughter joined Byju's team in the month Feb 2024 and this time your representative was saying to fix schedules for 4 or 5 classes every week and also weekly tests on every Sunday without any excuse. But I have seen no single weekly test taken by your team till date, and no positive response with online classes, even hardly 3 classes managed by byjus without any teacher.
    Please suggest us positively.
    and please guide me through the process for exit with Byju's and the refund amount is the same.

      Since, last year I have been unable to access the course that I had paid for, the SD card seems to not be working, I am unable to login and access the videos. It was resolved for a couple of weeks and lasted for awhile, before it went back to the old way, hence, the problems still persists. I have been unable to contact the support team as the numbers no longer exist and are unreachable. I demand accountability. Either by resolution of the problem by reaching out and enabling the course as soon as possible, or refund what's due, 2 years worth of money (₹48k) that has been cheated from us!

        I'm a class 12 student who enrolled in BYJU'S online NEET batch in class 11 for academic years[protected]. Since October classes are offline, their helpline and customer care numbers are unresponsive. Full fees has been paid, but services have not been provided. Printed books have been paid for, but undelivered till date, and they say it's complementary, we don't have resources at the moment to print and send. Now my exam sare approaching and I'm feeling nervous. Can someone please help me out. Probably try to get us a refund because I come from a poor background. I have the receipts of fees payment and also the bank statements

          Dear Byju’s Support Team,
          I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding my IAS online classes subscription with Byju’s. My details are as follows:
          Name: Neeraj Prakash Verma
          Registered Mobile No.: [protected]
          Subscription Details: Byju’s IAS Online Subscription (2-Year Plan)
          Enrollment Date: February 2024
          Total Fee: ₹45, 000
          Payment Details: ₹10, 000 paid upfront; remaining amount converted into 12-month EMI of ₹3, 000 per month
          At the time of subscription, I was assured that study materials would be delivered to my correspondence address within 15 days. However, I never received the books. Furthermore, from June 2024 onwards, the online classes were abruptly discontinued without any prior notice. Despite this, EMIs continued to be deducted from my account until August 2024.
          Due to this unexpected disruption, I was unable to properly prepare for the Rajasthan PCS exam in October 2024, which severely impacted my career prospects. It has now been almost a year, and despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received any refund, nor have I been provided any updates regarding the resumption of classes.
          This situation has caused me significant financial loss, mental distress, and career damage, for which I hold Byju’s accountable. As a result, I am now proceeding with legal action against Byju’s for mental, physical, and financial harassment. I demand a complete refund of my payment within 7 days of this email, failing which I will be forced to escalate the matter legally.
          Additionally, consider this email as a formal legal notice, and be prepared to respond accordingly in court.

            With due respect, I am telling you that Byjus tablet is not working and worksheet not received yet. I tried to call customer service several times but no answer, Kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible.
            My daughter enroll on 21/08/2022 as Byjus TLP for 4 years for Rs 69000/-. First year they provide everything and service was good but from second year till now they did not provide anything (like worksheet, mentor etc ) after that byjus tablet is also not working .               I had enrolled my child, Master Aradhya, in Byju’s 2-Year Foundation + JEE (11 & 12 Standard) online live classes. The full course fee of Rs. 137, 775 was paid on 24th July 2023. However, since last year, the online classes have stopped without any updates. Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer support, I have received no response or resolution. We find this highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Since the services promised have not been delivered, we request a full refund of the amount paid at the earliest.
