As I Complain You since a week, please resolve immediately to close the Byjus account by name CH SHARANYA My daughter second, ,
She unable attend a class and she mentally not good memory please
and we didn't attend a class since a june'21 month and I paid EMI
till August'21
Sir Calls/SMS are coming continuously on my mobile I am unable to attend a call I am disturbing severe in my job I am not concentrating in job
Sir, I have seen in the web consumer complaint, I followed this for resolved my problem,
I'm getting daily automated calls & Messages from byjus about the EMI.
See I am are really in a bad situation financially & mentally my child due to this COVID -19 .
I want to return all these products please take them . And solve this issue . During this health crisis you need to understand some families situation .
