Dear Sir, As I Complain You since a week, please resolve immediately to close the Byjus account by name CH SHARANYA My daughter second, , She unable attend a class and she mentally not good memory please and we didn't attend a class since a june'21 month and I paid EMI till August'21 Sir Calls/SMS are coming continuously on my mobile I am unable to attend a call I am disturbing severe in my job I am not concentrating in job Sir, I have seen in the web consumer complaint, I followed this for resolved my problem, I'm getting daily automated calls & Messages from byjus about the EMI. See I am are really in a bad situation financially & mentally my child due to this COVID -19 . I want to return all these products please take them . And solve this issue . Regards IIFL) Continuously giving messages in my mobile i am in mentally feeling for this issue I am with my family I had two daughters and my wife. Till Now Biju's people didn't cancel my account, , several time i mail for cancellation and requesting them to stop EMI, and Calls/SMS,
Till Now Biju's didn't cancel and there pressuring me for payment and continuously calls are coming sir, and giving SMS for EMI Payment,
SINCE Three Months I am struggling sir.,
Please I requesting u sir solved immediately, , and stop calls and SMS BYJU's customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
